CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – A Nashua man allegedly killed by his son this week died of multiple stab wounds that penetrated to his brain, according to an autopsy by the Massachusetts medical examiner’s office.

Noel Delmore, 57, was stabbed Wednesday night in his home, then flown to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, where he died.

His son, 21-year-old Ian Delmore, was in custody in a Massachusetts hospital after stabbing himself. He was being held on $500,000 cash bail after he was arraigned Thursday on a fugitive from justice charge. He is scheduled to appear in Worcester Central District Court on Feb. 6.

New Hampshire authorities said he will be charged with murder when he is returned to the state.
