James M. Hudson, 60, Turner, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Dec. 16, 2005, dismissed.

James M. Hudson, 60, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Sept. 3, 2005, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months; also charged with violating condition of release, unlawful use of a license, and trafficking in dangerous knives on March 14, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail; second and third charges dismissed.

Willie A. Jackson, 22, Brunswick, probation violation on the Jan. 4, 2004, aggravated criminal mischief charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued, and restitution of $8,364.81.

Hugh Herbert Jett, 44, Norway, probation violation on the July 15, 2004, charge of operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, sentenced to five months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jason A. Johnson, 33, Auburn, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Feb. 22, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Breanne N. Kaufman, 18, Turner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 16, 2006, filed, fined $200.

Rick E. King, 34, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, and driving to endanger on Dec. 12, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $800, sentenced to 72 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Matthew F. Kyllonen, 24, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence, with one prior, failing to stop for an officer, and violating condition of release, on Feb. 10, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to seven days at the county jail.

Sean Michael Lahey, 41, Woburn, Mass., operating under the influence, with one prior, and driving to endanger on Dec. 12, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600 and license suspended 30 days.
