• Morse D. Murphy, 48, Oxford, probation hold, no bail, Feb. 6, probation office.
• Richard S. Bernard, 31, Paris, habitual offender operating after suspension and a warrant for unpaid fines, $335 bail, Feb. 6, Paris Police Department.
