Dana G. Gallant, 45, Auburn, assault on Aug. 1, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 60 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Kenneth P. Gamache, 35, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 23 and Nov. 3, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Joseph W. Garland, 33, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Dec. 2, found guilty, sentenced to 36 hours.

Normand Giguere, 19, Lewiston, obstructing government administration on Oct. 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Timothy J. Gill, 60, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on Oct. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release and criminal mischief on Dec. 9, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge and restitution of $400.
