RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Francis J. Arsenault Jr., 30, of Rumford, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia, April 30, 2006, Rumford; offense committed, fined $300.

Tony L. Bennett, 41, of Bethel, charged with possession of marijuana, Oct. 15, 2006, Bethel; offense committed, fined $350.

Aaron M. Brasuell, 29, of Mexico, charged with operating after registration suspended, Aug. 3, 2006, Rumford; dismissed.

Wilfred Buck, 53, of Rumford, charged with assault and terrorizing, April 10, 2006, Rumford; both charges dismissed.

Shawn A. Comeau, 25, of Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct, Jan. 6, 2007, Rumford; found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Mark H. Cyr Jr., 25, of Mexico, charged with driving to endanger, Sept. 1, 2006, Rumford; found guilty, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Arica Marie Downs, 20, of Mexico, charged with assault, Oct. 6, 2006, Rumford; dismissed.

Christina L. Eaton, 31, of Peru, two charges of negotiating a worthless instrument, Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2006, Rumford; found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on the first charge and ordered to pay $212.95 restitution; fined $100 on the second charge and ordered to pay $541.78 restitution.

David W. Errington Jr., 39, of Peru, charged with assault and violating condition of release, June 30, 2006, Rumford; found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days, all suspended, two-year probation; second charge dismissed.

Galen R. Farris, 55, of Sumner, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug and operating after registration suspended, Aug. 12, 2006, Rumford; found guilty on first charge, fined $750; second charge dismissed.

Jessica L. Hanson, 21, of Bangor, charged with operating under the influence and driving to endanger, Aug. 5, 2006, Rumford; first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600, license suspended 45 days.

Samantha Mayo, 26, of Rumford, charged with violating condition of release and operating after registration suspended, Sept. 1, Rumford; found guilty on first charge, fined $750; second charge dismissed.

Erik S. Perry, 35, of Dixfield, charged with assault, obstructing report of crime and criminal mischief, May 23, 2006, Rumford; first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $1,000, ordered to pay $2,270 restitution.

Misty D. Tetmeyer, 24, of Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 16, 2006, Rumford; found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $38.50 restitution.

Mico R. Thompson, 23, of Bethel, charged with operating under the influence, June 26, 2006, Bethel; found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.

David M. Vance, 30, of Rumford, charged with motor vehicle speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the speed limit, Nov. 26, 2005, Rumford; found guilty, fined $350.

Freddie D. White Sr., 56, of Mexico, charged with operating under the influence – no test, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, failure to stop and provide information, failing to make oral or written accident report, Rumford; sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey A. Wyman, 19, of Ludlow, Vt., charged with operating a vehicle without license and attaching false plates, Jan. 9, 2007, Bethel; found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.
