LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Lauren A. Kruck, 20, Lewiston, consuming liquor by a minor on Sept. 22, offense committed, fined $200.

Jared S. Kuvaja Jr., 22, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Oct. 29, found guilty, fined $500.

Christopher Kyajohnian, 30, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 29, sent to jury trial.

Jacob Roy Labbe, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop for an officer on Dec. 3, all charges sent to jury trial.

Pamela M. Labelle, 46, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Oct. 14, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Michael Lachance, 34, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on Oct. 22 and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; offense committed on second charge, fined $300.

Robert Lachance, 19, Lisbon Falls, assault on Oct. 10, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 180 days with all but four days suspended and two years probation.

Billie Jean Laclair, 22, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $100 and 20 hours community service.

Angela S. LaFontaine, 27, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $100.

David M. Lagasse, 23, Auburn, violating a protective order and violating condition of release on Nov. 19, both charges sent to jury trial.

Robert N. Lagrange Jr., 41, Auburn, three counts of criminal mischief on Aug. 26, found guilty on all charges, fined $75 and restitution of $500 on first charge; fined $75 and restitution of $400 on second charge; fined $75 and restitution of $200 on third charge.

Theodore M. Lague, 24, Greene, indecent conduct on Aug. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Theodore M. Lague, 24, Sabattus, violating condition of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Dec. 3, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $400 on second charge.

Heidi E. Lamothe, 22, Auburn, disorderly conduct on Nov. 3, found guilty, fined $75.

Lori Lamothe, 28, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 6, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days, all suspended and one year probation.

Lori A. Lamothe, 28, Bowdoinham, assault and violating condition of release on Sept. 9, both charge dismissed.

Nancy Landry, 19, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on Oct. 5, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Samuel Landry, 18, Otisfield, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 28, dismissed.

Michael J. Larrabee, 19, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Mason W. Lavers, 19, Lisbon Falls, criminal speed on Oct. 23, found guilty, fined $300.

Tyler L. Lavoie, 19, Lewiston, criminal trespass on Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

James Lawrence, 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Dec. 1, sent to jury trial.

Thomas Leclair, 50, Auburn, operating under the influence, with one prior, operating a vehicle without a license and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 21, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on first charge; fined $100 with all suspended on second charge; third charge dismissed.

James D. Lee, 44, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Dec. 16, found guilty, fined $400 and sentenced to four days.

Loretta L. Leet, 36, Lewiston, two counts of criminal trespass on Oct. 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; second charge dismissed.

Rivera Ramiro Leiva, 45, Portland, fishing without a valid license on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Brian R. Lemay, 32, Sabattus, four counts of assault on Oct. 31, 2005, all charges sent to jury trial.

Sheldan Leppala, 19, Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 7, fined $300 by default.

Joseph T. Levesque Jr., 19, Buckfield, criminal speed on Nov. 18, found guilty, fined $300.

Nichole Levesque, 23, Livermore Falls, assault on Aug. 20, 2005, dismissed.

Katrina D. Libby, 21, Greene, disorderly conduct on Oct. 13, found guilty, fined $75.

Shauna M. Lopes, 28, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 9, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $3.

Gary Mace, 25, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 27, found guilty, fined $300.

Nicholas E. MacKenzie, 25, Lewiston, criminal mischief and criminal threatening on Nov. 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Ahmed Mahamoud, 33, Lewiston, assault on May 31, dismissed.

Vincent Duke Mangos, 32, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Nov. 30, both charges dismissed.
