AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Michael J. Lagasse, 37, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Aug. 15, both charges dismissed.

Michael J. Lagasse, 37, Auburn, assault and violating condition of release on Nov. 24, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year and six months at the county jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Michael L. Lagasse, 24, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 11, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to 65 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

John William Lamothe Jr., 25, Lewiston, reckless violation of a protective order on Oct. 8, 2005, and violating condition of release on April 21, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all but nine months and one day suspended and two years probation for each charge.

John William Lamothe Jr., 25, Auburn, criminal conspiracy on April 7, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail.

Kristopher Ludwig, 23, Bowdoinham, probation violation on a Nov. 2, 2002, aggravated criminal mischief charge, sentenced to four months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

David R. Marshall, 39, Lewiston, aggravated assault, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 29, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 36 days.

Carey L. Mathis, 40, Lewiston, assault and gross sexual assault on Nov. 30, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but 36 days suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Frank J. Mcneice Jr., 39, Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 19, 2006, found guilty, fined $500.

Mark Merchant, 38, Hopedale, Mass., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Oct. 6, dismissed.

Jason E. Merrifield, 21, Auburn, assault and reckless conduct on April 17, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Roger J. Michaud, 63, Lewiston, unlawful sexual contact on Sept. 30, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to six years at the state prison with all suspended and five years probation.

Lisa D. Montreuil, 35, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 24, found guilty, sentenced to six years at the state prison with all but 20 months suspended and two years probation.

Lisa D. Montreuil, 35, Auburn, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim, violating condition of release and terrorizing on Nov. 29, all charge dismissed.

Robert Moon, 36, Sabattus, violating a protective order and violating condition of release on April 9, 2006, both charges dismissed; terrorizing on March 14, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation; violating a protective order and violation of condition of release on May 25, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended; and stalking and violating condition of release on March 28, 2006, both charges dismissed.

Brian Morin, 23, Lewiston, failure to appear after being bailed on Jan. 5 and failing to comply with sex offender registration act, second offense, on Sept. 12, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to 15 days at the county jail on second charge.

Dale A. Morris, 27, Auburn, assault, violating condition of release and criminal trespass on March 30, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 46 days at the county jail.

Jesse Nuzzo, 32, Auburn, probation violation on the April 2, 2003 aggravated operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident/aggravated charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison and probation revoked for each charge; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Feb. 2, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the state prison.

Michael J. Olcott, 24, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 27, 2005 and operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on May 5, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to four years at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and restitution of $2,592.24 for each charge.

Harlan Wayne Onley, 77, Wrens, Ga., failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on March 21, 2006, filed with no cost.

Tina M. Ouellette, 42, Turner, criminal trespass on March 11, 2006, filed with no cost.

Andrew Padula, 29, Lewiston, operating under the influence on March 15, 2006, found guilty, license suspended 90 days.

Paul H. Page, 51, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Feb. 5, 2006, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Luis Palaez, 54, Milford, Mass., criminal forfeiture of property and two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 6, first charge forfeited; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $400 and sentenced to six months at the county jail on second charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail on third charge.

Derek Shane Palange, 31, Sabattus, aggravated assault and violating condition of release on Nov. 15, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 51 days at the county jail.

Derek Shane Palange, 31, Topsham, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on Nov. 27, dismissed.

Keating Wilcox Pepper, 20, Mount Desert, disorderly conduct on Feb. 12, 2006, filed, fined $200.

Joelie E. Perry, 45, Sabattus, probation violation on a Sept. 28, 2005, violating condition of release charge, sentenced to eight days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Kevin Petersen, 46, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on April 18, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but 70 days suspended and three years probation.

Nelson O. Pettingill, 24, Naples, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 25, 2005, filed, fined $100.

Donald Christopher Pierce, 34, Bangor, operating under the influence, with two priors, and operating a vehicle without a license on March 3, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,100, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended four years and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Karen S. Piirainen, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on the two Jan. 3, 2002, burglary charges, probation continued and no sentenced imposed for each charge.
