AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Travis Poisson, 26, Sabattus, probation violation on Dec. 4, 1998, Jan. 4, 1999, June 24, 1998, Aug. 12, 1998, Sept. 20, 1998, Sept. 22, 1998; and two Sept. 28, 1998, burglary charges; and the Sept. 28, 1998, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge; sentenced to 31 months and 28 days at the state prison and probation revoked.

Michael Richard Profenno, 43, Lewiston, probation violation on an April 16, 2005, aggravated criminal mischief charge, sentenced to 75 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Eugene Rand, 35, Auburn, operating under the influence on March 8, 2006, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail, and license suspended 90 days.

Tarik Vincent Rankins, 27, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Aug. 24, 2005, and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Aug. 24, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400.

Michael Dominique Reaves, 26, Lewiston, probation violation on the July 1, 2003, and Aug. 13, 2004, sexual abuse of a minor charges, and Aug. 14, 2004, and Sept. 14, 2004, aggravated trafficking, furnishing, and/or cultivating scheduled drugs charges, sentenced to nine months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Alex Reyes, 33, Auburn, operating under the influence on March 11, 2006, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Gary Reynolds Jr., 27, New Gloucester, operating under the influence, failing to stop for an officer, and failing to stop, remain, and/or provide information on Feb. 8, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days; second and third charges dismissed.

Heidi Reynolds, 28, Litchfield, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 1, 2006, found guilty, fined $500.

Chad Richardson, 34, Biddeford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 15, 1997, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.

Kathleen A. Ringuette, 52, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 15, 2006, dismissed.

John C. Robertson, 29, Auburn, aggravated cruelty to animals and assault on Feb. 15, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail with all suspended and two years probation.

Christopher P. Schnopp, 21, Danville, probation violation on a May 16, 2005, burglary charge, sentenced to 15 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Michael C. Shepard, 21, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and criminal forfeiture on Nov. 19, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400, sentenced to 364 days at the state prison with all but 33 days suspended and one year probation; third charge forfeited.

Faarah M. Shide, 52, Lewiston, assault on March 19, 2006, dismissed.

Tonya L. Siegler, 34, Raymond, assault and endangering the welfare of a child on Nov. 5, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Jerome C. Smith, 28, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on Oct. 25, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 72 days suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Krysten E. Smith, 21, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 5, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and restitution of $2964.

Kristy Splude, 21, Lewiston, probation violation on a April 19, 2005, criminal threatening charge, sentenced to 100 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked; also charged with assault and violating condition of release on Oct. 21, both charges filed with no cost.

Ryan J. St. Jean, 25, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Oct. 28, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 40 days at the county jail.

Kerri Therrien, 39, Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence and disorderly conduct on Feb. 25, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Sean M. Travers, 31, Hebron, probation violation on a Nov. 1, 2004, sexual abuse of a minor charge, sentenced to 265 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Anthony J. Vachon, 22, Greene, sexual abuse of a minor and unlawful sexual touching on Oct. 31, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 364 days with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Kevin Vezina, 41, Waterford, aggravated criminal trespass and assault on June 5, 2005, both charges filed with no cost.

Guner A. Vicelich, 18, Jay, burglary and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Oct. 27, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 67 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $680 for each charge; also charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention, carrying a concealed weapon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Oct. 27, all charges dismissed.

John R. Walker, 44, Pawtucket, R.I., burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on May 1, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail and restitution of $825 on first charge; sentenced to three months at the county jail and restitution of $825 for each on second and third charges.

Melanie A. Wells, 22, Gray, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 24, 2005, found guilty, fined $600 and sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail.

Donald Westover, 60, Augusta, theft by deception on Feb. 11, 2006, filed with no cost.

Lena Rivers White, 32, Titusville, Fla., aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Jan. 19, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400 and sentenced to seven months at the county jail.

Adam Lionell Widgins, 30, New York, N.Y., burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 23, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 72 hours at the county jail.

Brian A. Woodbury, 26, Sabattus, probation violation on an Aug. 18, 2004, burglary charge, sentenced to 315 days at the state prison and probation revoked; also charged with burglary on Sept. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison and restitution of $1,180.

Brian A. Woodbury, 26, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, with two priors, violating condition of release, operating under the influence, with one prior, and refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint on Nov. 11, all charges dismissed.

David Allen Woodford Jr., 33, Sanford, probation violation on a July 10, 2001, forgery charge, sentenced to 25 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Denis E. Wotton, 55, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, operating a vehicle without a license and driving to endanger on Feb. 11, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on first charge, fined $600 and license suspended 30 days.

Willie York III, 29, Standish, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and violating condition of release on April 1, 2006, found guilty on both charges, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 60 days on first charge; sentenced to 60 days at the county jail on second charge.
