Rec sign-ups
WEST PARIS – Baseball and softball sign-ups will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, March 17, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 24. For more information, call 674-3593.
Sermon topic
PARIS – “Except for the Errors…” will be the sermon topic of Silver Moore-Leamon during the 10 a.m. worship service Sunday, March 18, at the First Universalist Church, 36 Pine St., South Paris. The music will be under the direction of Forest Perkins, church organist, and the Sunday school will be led by Renee Wales.
Child care is provided. The coffee hour will follow in Good Cheer Hall. Everyone is welcome.
Quartet concert
PARIS – “Meant To Be” quartet will perform a concert at 7 p.m. Friday, March 23, at Deering Memorial United Methodist Church. Tickets will be available at the door or at Books ‘n Things in Norway. The cost is $5 for seniors and children under 12, $6 for adults.
Proceeds will benefit the tower fund. Refreshments will be served at intermission.
