FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

David K. Croteau, 26, Farmington, criminal mischief on Dec. 13 and hunting without a valid license on Dec. 7, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Eric Crowley, 20, Turner, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 23, offense committed, fined $300.

Benjamin A. Cummings, 29, Farmington, criminal mischief on Sept. 28, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $100.

Stephen Cummings, 20, Norway, possession of liquor by a minor on Nov. 6, offense committed, fined $200.

Franklin L. Cushman, 43, Strong, harassment on Oct. 26, filed with no cost.

Karen L. Cutchin, 32, Jay, possession of marijuana on Nov. 7, dismissed.

Jason D. Cynewski, 19, South Berwick, possession of marijuana on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $350.

Justin C. Daggett, 20, Jay, operating under the influence on Sept. 2, dismissed; also charged with hunting deer after having killed one on Nov. 10, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to three days; and transportation of liquor by a minor on Sept. 2, offense committed, fined $500 and license suspended 30 days.

Scott B. Daggett, 43, Strong, abuse of property while hunting, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait, and rule violation on Oct. 30, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200; third charge dismissed.
