BUCKFIELD – The Half Moon Jug Band, which not only plays folk music but thrives on interaction with audiences, will perform Saturday, April 28, at the Oddfellow Theater.
Members of this four-headed group play banjos, guitars and mandolins, drums and electric bass. They round out their sound with strong vocals, trumpet, kazoo and the occasional raspberry.
Expect jokes, stories and mandatory sing-alongs at every performance – not to mention Maine accents and squeaky rubber lobsters.
The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and $6 for children 12 and younger.
