LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Lynn M. Curran, 39, Windham, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Sandra L. Currier, 44, Sabattus, false public alarm or report on Sept. 10 and disorderly conduct on Oct. 4, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to four days for each charge.

Lucretia A. Curtis, 63, Lisbon, operating under the influence on Dec. 21, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Jeffrey Cyr, 36, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on May 14, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to seven days; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 15, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and unlawful use of a license on June 4, and operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Nov. 3, all charges dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Feb. 17, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 10 days; second charge dismissed.

Shannon A. Daigle, 23, Lewiston, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on May 25, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400.

Ryan M. Dalessandro, 21, Leeds, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 4, dismissed.

Jacob D. Daskoski, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and possession of marijuana on Dec. 5, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $350.

Kendie J. Davis, 36, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 2, found guilty, fined $250.

Victor Decato, 61, Lewiston, protective order from harassment violation on Feb. 26, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Frank D. Demers, 20, New Gloucester, reckless conduct and disorderly conduct on Nov. 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second charge dismissed.

Ali M. Derie, 33, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 13, dismissed.

Sarah Deutsch, 55, Newton, Mass., criminal speed on Dec. 13, found guilty, fined $300.

James Devlin, 24, Ashland, Mass., assault on Dec. 16, found guilty, fined $300.

Jennifer Dewitt, 32, Turner, operating under the influence on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.
