LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Samuel Libby, 18, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on Feb. 6, found guilty, fined $250 on first charge; sentenced to three days on second charge.

Samuel W. Libby, 18, Poland, theft by unauthorized use of property and violation of condition of release on Sept. 13, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three days for each charge.

Rory R. Lockard, 24, New Gloucester, operating under the influence on April 14, 2006, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Kyle C. Lowndes, 28, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Thomas Edward Lumpkin, 29, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on July 7, found guilty, fined $200.

Edward C. Luoma Jr., 19, Lewiston, allowing a dog to be at large on Dec. 16, offense committed, fined $50.

Arthur M. Macisaac, 32, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 10, sent to jury trial.

Jose Angel Maldonado, 32, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Feb. 21, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Shannon M. Marquis, 25, Lisbon Falls, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Jessica Martin, 26, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Mark Martin, 35, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 20, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Travis A. Martin, 23, Jay, assault and criminal mischief on Nov. 29, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 and sentenced to two days on first charge; sentenced to two days and restitution of $150 on second charge.

Russell McAllister, 48, Auburn, operating under the influence on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

William McAlpine, 38, Lisbon, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, violating condition of release, and failing to provide a correct name, address and/or date of birth on Dec. 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Crystal A. McDonald, 21, Jay, two counts of assault on July 22, both charges dismissed.

James McNeil, 27, Lewiston, assault on July 15, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 14 days; also charged with disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Feb. 6, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 14 days for each charge; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 22, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

James Paul McPhee, 56, Auburn, operating under the influence on Nov. 18, sent to jury trial.

Emilee J. Michaud, 20, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 27, sent to jury trial.

William E. Michaud, 41, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Nov. 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Tracey N. Miller, 32, Lewiston, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 20, found guilty, fined $75.

Ethan C. Mitchell, 24, Bridgton, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 9, found guilty, fined $250.

Ahmed F. Mohamed, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release and possession of liquor by a minor on Dec. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Warren Montu Mongo, 33, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Dec. 3, fined $350 by default.

John J. Morin, 39, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Nov. 6, sent to jury trial.

Joshua L. Morin, 20, Norway, criminal speed on Oct. 18, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Lionel Morin, 72, Greene, illegal dumping on Nov. 30, offense committed, fined $200.

Jeffrey W. Moser, 27, Oxford, violating condition of release on Feb. 7, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Michelle E. Mott, 34, Sabattus, disorderly conduct on Dec. 22, found guilty, fined $75.

Timberly Muncey, 18, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violating condition of release on Feb. 5, found guilty on all charges, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days on first charge; fined $400 and sentenced to 30 days on second charge; sentenced to 10 days on third charge.

Charles Romboletti Murphy, 20, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 9, offense committed, fined $200.

Hamdi S. Naji, 21, Lewiston, three counts of assault on July 20, dismissed.

Taironce L. Nelson, 26, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 24, 2006, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 10 days.

Jeremy O. Nightingale, 21, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 4, found guilty, fined $250.

Christina E. Noll, 32, Wilton, possession of marijuana on Dec. 4, fined $350 by default.

Lisa M. Norwood, 27, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Dec. 15, found guilty, fined $500.

Rachel L. Hughes O’Connor, 43, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on Feb. 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 on first charge; sentenced to three days on second charge.

Daniel Ouellette, 33, Auburn, attaching false plates on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Lisa D. Ouellette, 36, Auburn, violating a protective order on Jan. 5, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Derek Shane Palange, 31, Sabattus, disorderly conduct on Feb. 2 and violating condition of release on Feb. 7, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 10 days for each charge.

Jason Parkin, 27, Wales, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Dec. 14, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason Parks, 30, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on May 29, dismissed.

Mona Parrish, 37, Lisbon, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 3, found guilty, fined $100.
