LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Barry Peacock Jr., operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Jeffrey Pearl, 38, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 23, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 90 days with all but two days suspended and one year probation.

Luke H. Pelletier, 20, Auburn, trespass by motor vehicle on July 16 and transportation of liquor by a minor on Sept. 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; offense committed on second charge, license suspended 30 days.

Angela D. Pendexter, 21, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Jan. 2, dismissed.

Lisa A. Pendexter, 20, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 26, found guilty, fined $300.

Daniel D. Perry, 36, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 15, sent to jury trial.

Michelle Jo Perry, 29, Auburn, assault and disorderly conduct on Oct. 22, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Douglas H. Petry, 19, Crestwood, Ky., possession of liquor by a minor on Jan. 19, offense committed, fined $200.

Sue Pettengill, 43, Turner, burning without a permit on July 14, found guilty, fined $50.

John G. Plasse, 40, Auburn, probation violations on the June 10 assault and violating condition of release charges, sentenced to 100 days and probation partially revoked on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge; also charged with operating a vehicle without a license, failure to give a correct name, address and/or date of birth, and attaching false plates on Sept. 11, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge; and violating condition of release on Feb. 2, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Tony Pollard, 18, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 14, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $19.

Angela Pomerleau, 37, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release on Aug. 15, found guilty, sentenced to 12 days.

Rebecca L. Powers, 27, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Nicholas C. Pray, 26, Oxford, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Raymond Arthur Prue Jr., 54, Norway, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on July 28 and Aug. 5, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to four days.

Kristopher Pulkkinein, 25, Auburn, disorderly conduct on Dec. 16, sent to jury trial.

Gerald Randall, 46, Auburn, operating under the influence on Oct. 8 and operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 2, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Adam Raymond, 24, Auburn, violating a protective order or Sept. 4 and violating condition of release and violating a protective order on Nov. 23, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to three days for each charge.

Craig Reed, 27, Lewiston, fugitive from justice on Feb. 1, dismissed.

Frederick A. Reed, 40, Gray, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Nov. 2, found guilty, fined $500.

Michael Richard, 23, Lisbon Falls, possession of marijuana on Dec. 22, fined $350.

Chad Richardson, 34, Biddeford, forgery on Nov. 20, 1997, dismissed.

Timothy Richter, 44, Stratton, criminal speed on Dec. 16, found guilty, fined $350 and license suspended 14 days.

Justin M. Ridley, 22, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Joshua C. Roberts, 22, Leeds, failing to stop for an officer, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Feb. 21, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 48 hours on first charge; fined $250 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Laura M. Roberts, 36, Lewiston, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Oct. 22, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100; also charged with operating after registration suspended on Jan. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Kimberly Robichaud, 31, Wales, operating under the influence on Dec. 23, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Lucien Robitaille, 56, Paris, hunting without a valid license on Nov. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew L. Robitaille, 19, Litchfield, hunting without a valid license on Nov. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Steven D. Robitaille, 30, Lewiston, attaching false plates on Sept. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Gilman Ross, 26, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $250.

Katie L. Rossignol, 22, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 14, filed, fined $75.

Debra Rossin, 35, Westbrook, criminal mischief on Dec. 17, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $476.96.

William N. Rouille, 21, Lisbon, disorderly conduct on Sept. 7 and assault on Sept. 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Andrew L. Rowe, 35, Hebron, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher Rowe, 31, Bridgton, two counts of assault on Aug. 6, 2003, both charges dismissed.

Robert A. Rowe, 39, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 2, dismissed.

Steve A. Rox, 39, Roslindale, Mass., operating after license suspended on July 11, 2002, found guilty, fined $250.

Wayne L. Rucker, 26, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on Jan. 8, both charges dismissed.

Chrissy Jo Russell, 27, Farmington, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Nov. 10, found guilty on first charge; fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Chrissy Jo Russell, 27, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Dec. 5, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Juan Sanchez, 23, Mattapoisett, Mass., fugitive from justice on Feb. 5, dismissed.

Martin Brandi Leigh Saucier, 31, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Oct. 22 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 8, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; sentenced to 14 days on second charge.

Jarrod J. Saunders, 28, Lewiston, carrying a concealed weapon and trafficking in dangerous knives on Jan. 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge; also charged with violating condition of release on Feb. 25, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Ian E. Schubert, 19, Newcastle, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 18, offense committed, fined $300.

Brian William Schutt, 34, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 4, dismissed.

Jennifer Scott, 26, Auburn, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 1, found guilty on all charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $500 on second charge; fined $75 with all suspended on third charge.

Leslie A. Scott, 25, Auburn, indecent conduct on Sept. 25, found guilty, fined $150.

Anthony G. Sellers, 20, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Dec. 18, offense committed, fined $350.

Mohmud Sheikh, 22, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 5, dismissed.

Jacob Michael Shoemaker, 23, Bridgton, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Nov. 28, both charges dismissed.

Lee V. Simard, 26, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 18, found guilty, fined $250.

Stanley J. Simon, 35, Casco, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on July 29, dismissed.

Robert Lee Sims, 30, Auburn, violating a protective order on Nov. 14, found guilty, fined $150.

Joseph O. Skirbe, 22, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Dec. 13, found guilty, fined $600.

Joshua A. Sleeper, 22, Lewiston, assault and criminal threatening on Nov. 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Jeffrey A. Sloat, 22, Auburn, operating under the influence and failure to register vehicle on Dec. 19, both charges sent to jury trial.

Joshua J. Smith, 28, Auburn, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and failing to make oral or written accident report on Jan. 11, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.
