AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Richard Gosselin, 38, Auburn, probation violation on a Nov. 13, 2005, unlawful sexual touching charge, sentenced to 80 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Shawn Greeley, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on the Oct. 7, 2004, and Aug. 15, 2004, visual sexual aggression against a child charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Dyana E. Gregory, 43, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Feb. 8, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 27 days at the county jail for each charge.

Erik J. Grondin, 20, Lewiston, probation violation on a Feb. 9, 2006, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to eight months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Matthew J. Gurschick, 25, Auburn, operating under the influence, with prior, and driving to endanger on March 10, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to seven days and license suspended 30 days.

Horow Omah Hagi, 45, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 10, 2004, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Everett Hall, 46, West Paris, assault on April 14, 2006, filed, fined $50.

Robert Hart, 24, Westbrook, probation violation on a Nov. 13, 2005, violating condition of release charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Matthew Harvey, 31, Litchfield, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by unauthorized use of property and criminal mischief on Jan. 6, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 65 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $5,350.50; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Luther Lewis Hathcoat, 26, Sulphur Springs, Texas, forgery on June 18, 2004, dismissed.

Jeremy D. Hershkowitz, 22, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 25, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 15 days at the county jail on second charge; also charged with violating condition of release and disorderly conduct on Nov. 3 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Sept. 21, all charges dismissed.

Douglas N. Hersom, 26, Lewiston, arson and burglary on Dec. 19, both charges dismissed.

Matthew R. Hood, 21, Lewiston, driving to endanger on Jan. 2, 2006, filed, fined $25.

Justin L. Jackson, 21, Lewiston, burglary on April 8, 2006, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief on April 7, 2006, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended, one year and six months probation, restitution of $400 and community service of 50 hours on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail for each on second and third charges.

Brandon L. Jennings, 21, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 24, 2006, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all but four months suspended and two years probation.

Scott Keene, 40, Lewiston, violating condition of release on June 12, 2006, and June 23, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Christopher Keim, 29, Lewiston, probation violation on a May 5, 1998, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Edward Patrick Keithan, 42, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 15, 2002, aggravated assault charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Shane L. Kimball, 33, West Paris, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and operating under the influence, with prior, on Jan. 21, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $800, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Michelle Knapp, 45, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on April 8, 2006, filed, fined $150.
