AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

David M. Allen, 45, Augusta, probation violation on a Jan. 14, 2003, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but 18 months suspended and three years probation.

Wilbur S. Ambrose, 41, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and operating under the influence, with one prior, on March 13, 2006, found guilty on both charges, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days on first charge; fined $800, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months on second charge.

Kenneth Arnold, 39, Wales, probation violation on June 5, 2004 terrorizing charge, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Joshua Austin, 19, Dixfield, robbery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and assault on Oct. 16, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail for each charge.

Tarl Bailey, 34, Litchfield, theft by receiving stolen property on April 23, 2004, sentenced to five days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Kera L. Baillargeon, 19, Topsham, operating under the influence on March 19, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Jeanna M. Barry, 28, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with two priors, on Aug. 13, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,100, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 45 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended four years; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Dec. 13, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 45 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 45 days at the county jail on second charge; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Dec. 1, both charges dismissed.

Joseph P. Barry, 36, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on March 29, 2006, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 1, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail.

Michael J. Beall Jr., 22, Saco, burglary and theft by receiving stolen property on April 22, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $5,000 on first charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge; also charged with criminal trespass on Dec. 9, found guilty, sentenced to 87 days at the county jail; and aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release, and two counts of burglary on Dec. 9, all charges dismissed.

Benjamin W. Bean, 22, New Gloucester, probation violation on a Jan. 18, 2004 violating condition of release charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Tanya L. Belanger, 36, Lewiston, criminal trespass, assault, and criminal mischief on Sept. 16, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Michael W. Bell, 37, Turner, obstructing government administration on April 4, 2006, dismissed.

Christopher Bettis, 21, Manchester, theft by receiving stolen property and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Nov. 26, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to 60 days at the county jail on second charge.

Desmond Brian Bickford Jr., 33, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on Jan. 8, both charges dismissed.

Keith R. Binette, 32, Auburn, probation violation on the July 31 criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and assault charges, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Edward Bishop, 28, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 21, 2004, violating condition of release charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Kelly L. Bisson, 41, Lisbon Falls, probation violation on a Feb. 24, 2006, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to two days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Stephen M. Black, 38, Wales, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 30, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison, two years probation and restitution of $1,825.99.

Jason K. Boston, 20, Poland, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on March 26, dismissed.

David Boucher, 32, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 19, 2005, found guilty, fined $400.

Michael R. Bouffard, 30, Lewiston, two counts of possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under 12 on Feb. 14, both charges dismissed.

Joseph N. Bull, 20, Sterling, Mass., operating under the influence and operating after license suspension on March 30, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Nicole M. Butler, 24, Biddeford, habitual motor vehicle offender on Jan. 11, 2006, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 21 days at the county jail.

Jared Kyle Buzzell, 22, Sabattus, four counts of assault on Aug. 6, 2005, found guilty on all charges, fined $300 and sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Christopher L. Campbell, 21, Lincoln, probation violation on a Oct. 30, 2003 aggravated criminal mischief charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Debra Caron, 51, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 11, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to two years and six months at the county jail with all but 10 days suspended, two years probation and 200 hours community service.

Jason A. Caron, 31, Winthrop, operating under the influence on May 6, 2006, found guilty, fined $750, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Jesse Caron, 29, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, possession of hypodermic apparatuses, two counts of possessing a firearm or crossbow when prohibited, two counts of unlawful possession of oxycodone, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 1, 2005, all charges dismissed; also charged with two counts of criminal forfeiture on Nov. 1, 2005, both forfeited.

James D. Chartier, 54, Auburn, operating under the influence and reckless conduct on Feb. 11, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Paul J. Chicoine Jr., 31, Greene, theft by receiving stolen property on Oct. 29, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 15 days at the county jail and restitution of $2,500; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation, with two priors, and violating condition of release on Jan. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to six months at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Kenneth M. Childs, 30, Turner, terrorizing on Aug. 22, 2005, dismissed.

Heather Christian, 33, Augusta, probation violation on a Dec. 10, 2003 theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to 12 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Timothy Chute, 45, Lewiston, assault on June 26, dismissed.

Roger Lee Clark, 35, Auburn, violation of a protective order on May 18, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Michael Lee Cole, 27, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Sept. 16, and assault and violating a protective order on Sept. 12, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years at the county jail with all but five months suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on third charge.

Brandon L. Colon, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass on Nov. 18, 2005, both charges dismissed.

William F. Conroy Jr., 39, Lisbon Falls, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, criminal mischief and two counts of violating condition of release on July 25, all charges dismissed; also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on Jan. 15, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 on first charge; sentenced to 18 months at the county jail on second charge.

Kyle P. Corey, 38, Portland, eluding an officer, operating while license suspended or revoked and theft by unauthorized use of property on Aug. 8, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison for each on first and second charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail on second charge; also charged with trafficking in prison contraband, violating condition of release and failing to give a correct name, address and/or date of birth on Aug. 8, all charges dismissed.

Misty Cornell, 36, Auburn, aggravated assault, violating condition of release and criminal mischief on Jan. 11, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 90 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $300 on first charge; sentenced to 90 days at the county jail for each on second and third charges; also charged with assault and criminal threatening on Jan. 11, both charges dismissed.

Christopher L. Crowley, 32, Sabattus, disorderly conduct on April 23, dismissed.

Dustin Shane Daigle, 26, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Feb. 19, 2006, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Henry Davenport, 46, Auburn, use of unlawful implements on April 8, 2006, dismissed.

Brian Scott Day, 27, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 16, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended and one year probation.

Keith A. Delcourt, 41, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 15 operating under the influence, with one prior, charge, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Clint Deuschle, 25, Wales, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on April 1, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $300 and sentenced to two days.

Louis Doyon, 23, Auburn, assault on May 16, 2006, filed with no cost.

Jakki Ducharme, 42, Auburn, operating under the influence, with one prior, and violating condition of release on June 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Allan L. Edwards, 30, Mechanic Falls, burglary, criminal mischief and two counts of assault on March 31, 2006, all charges filed with no cost.

Robert K. Emerson, 23, Lewiston, theft by receiving stolen property on July 23, 2005, sentenced to 15 days at the county jail with all suspended; also charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 24, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 15 days at the county jail with all suspended and restitution of $180.

Donald C. Emery, 58, Gray, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 25, 2005, dismissed.

Anita Nellie Emery, 26, Auburn, disorderly conduct on April 17, 2006, found guilty, fined $100; also charged with violating condition of release and violating a protective order on May 16, 2006, assault on April 26, 2006, and terrorizing on April 16, 2006, all charges dismissed.

Chad A. Fogg, 25, Lewiston, forgery, disorderly conduct and failing to provide a correct name, address and/or date of birth on April 15, 2006, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Alton Fortson, 64, Lewiston, probation violation on the Oct. 25, 2005, unlawful possession of oxycodone and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug charges, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Michael D. Fritsche, 34, Collingwood, N.J., operating under the influence on March 12, 2006, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Crystal Garcia, 22, Bronx, N.Y., probation violation on a May 6, 2003, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to 89 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Timothy Garnier, 42, Auburn, violating condition of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 2, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Timothy Giggey, 28, Auburn, aggravated cultivating of marijuana on Aug. 29, dismissed.

Basil Gillard, 45, Brooklyn, N.Y., two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 25, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison; second charge dismissed.
