LEWISTON – St. Dom’s plated nine first-inning runs and Jen Cullen fired a no-hitter in a 19-1 softball victory over Traip.

Cullen surrendered an unearned run in the third to the Rangers (0-3). Erynne Landry belted a two-run home run and added a single to knock in three runs for the Saints (3-1). Mary Lewis led the 16-hit attack, with three hits and three RBIs.

Buckfield 13, Rangeley 1

BUCKFIELD – Alyssa Henderson and Kayla Jordan each hit two-run singles in the first inning as Buckfield cruised to a 13-1 victory over Rangeley.

Buckfield would add six more runs in the fourth to seal the victory.

Kasey Farrington gave up two hits and struck out eight to earn the victory. Dee Lavoie and Leann Abbott each had a pair of singles for the Bucks (4-1).

Dirigo 15, Boothbay 0

DIXFIELD – Katie Hutchinson, Samantha Webster and Katrina Pulk combined to one-hit Boothbay, while Cougar batters pounded 15 of their own in a 15-0 victory.

Megan Russell paced Dirigo (3-4) with four singles, while Hutchinson added three hits, including a first inning triple. Abby Fenstermacher doubled and singled for the Cougars.

Mt. Blue 2, Lewiston 1

LEWISTON – Megan Richard didn’t allow a hit, striking out nine batters, as Mt. Blue downed Lewiston 2-1 in KVAC softball action.

April Mullen drove in Nikki Grant in the fifth inning and would later score on a wild pitch for the Cougars (5-2).

Despite not getting a hit, Lewiston left the bases loaded in the fifth inning and the tying run on second in the sixth.

Danielle Willey struck out eight while taking the tough loss for Lewiston (3-4).

Oxford Hills 12, Leavitt 0

SOUTH PARIS – Jen Jurczak fanned 13 in tossing a 12-0 no-hitter against Leavitt.

Megan Gauger paced the Vikings (7-1) with three hits, including a single in a three-run first.

Emmylou Blake contributed with a pair of singles for Oxford Hills.

Jay 29, Carrabec 3

NORTH ANSON – Senior shortstop Kaylie DeMillo went 4-for-6 with a pair of walks and scored four runs as Jay routed Carrabec 29-3 in MVC softball action Monday.

The Tigers (6-1) scored 13 runs in the second inning. Sophomore catcher Liz LeBlanc collected four hits, including a pair of doubles for Jay.

Becky Geib went 2-for-3 for the Cobras (0-7) with a pair of singles in the loss.

Mt. Abram 10, Mountain Valley 3

STRONG – Despite tallying just three hits, Mt. Abram rolled to a 10-3 victory over Mountain Valley on Monday.

The Roadrunners (3-4) took advantage of seven errors, seven walks and six wild pitches committed by the Falcons (3-4), leading to 10 runs in the first four innings.

Jillian Withee smashed her first home run of the season for Mt. Abram, while Tanya Martin and Shelby Moore each hit a double for the Falcons.

Cape Elizabeth 5, Poland 1

POLAND – Trish Thibedeau had a single and a double ,and Maureen Kertes added a triple as Cape Elizabeth downed Poland 5-1 in WMC softball action.

Jackie Moran earned the victory on the mound for Cape Elizabeth (7-1), combining with Thibedeau to two-hit the Knights (3-5).

Kristen Simpson took the loss for Poland.

Winslow 8, Oak Hill 0

WALES – Ali Kriegel and Courtney Turner each hit triples and Kristen Cormier chipped in with two hits and two RBIs to lead Winslow to an 8-0 triumph over Oak Hill.

The Raiders (7-0) put the game away with a four-run third inning. Oak Hill was hurt by seven errors.

Sarah Albert had two hits for Oak Hill (4-4).
