RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:

Tyler Amburg, 20, Rumford, possession of liquor by a minor on March 18 and criminal mischief on April 16, offense committed on first charge, fined $400; found guilty on second charge, fined $250 and restitution of $79.

Crystal L. Austin, 18, Rumford, disorderly conduct on March 29, found guilty, fined $100.

John Belyea, 22, Peru, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 25, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Kelly Blodgett Sr., 35, Rumford, closed season trapping violation on Feb. 7, found guilty, fined $150.

Loando V. Brann, 44, Peru, harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days on Sept. 29, Oct. 2, Oct. 13, Oct. 20 and Nov. 3, offense committed on first charge, unconditional discharge; second, third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Jeffrey C. Calden, 22, New Sharon, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 20, fined $400 by default on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Thomas E. Cargill III, 49, Boxford, Mass., operating an unregistered snowmobile on March 24, fined $125 by default.

Faye A. Carr, 37, St. Johnsbury, Vt., sale and drug paraphernalia on Feb. 7, offense committed, fined $300.

Kimberly L. Carson, 32, Stoneham, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 8, filed.

Kayla N. Collins, 20, Rumford, possession of liquor by a minor on March 29, offense committed, fined $200.

Glen Conrad, 46, Andover, operating a vehicle on a snowmobile trail on March 13, waived, fined $100.

James Cook, 19, Old Orchard Beach, possession of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana on Nov. 30, both charges dismissed.

Scott Copeland, 34, Strafford, N.H., operating an unregistered snowmobile on March 22, waived, fined $100.

Alison R. Crawford, 30, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 6, filed.

Jill R. Demers, 24, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard A. Dupuis, 38, Mexico, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 3, dismissed.

Danny G. Engberg, 53, Mexico, misuse of E911 system on March 6, found guilty, fined $300.

Margaret R. Forbes, 41, Evart, Mich., operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Oct. 16, 2004, both charges waived, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Patrick Gallagher, 47, Rumford, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 17, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Lawrence Glynn, 42, Topsfield, failing to provide and display registration on March 17, waived, fined $100.

Donald Gouin, 23, Stoneham, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on March 31, found guilty, fined $500.

John S. Hall, 45, West Boylston, Mass., operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Feb. 26, both charges sent to jury trial.

Anthony K. Heath, 20, Bethel, consuming liquor by a minor on March 18, offense committed, fined $200.

Roland A. Jacques Jr., 41, Rumford, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on March 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Theodore A. Jasud, 82, Peru, operating under the influence on Feb. 22, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Charles A. Jobin, 53, Mexico, operating under the influence on March 3, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Joshua A. Johnston, 18, Dixfield, violating condition of release on May 4, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Steven Theodore Komaromi, 29, Rumford, furnishing liquor to a minor on March 29, found guilty, fined $250.

Martin D. Lore, 21, Rumford, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on Dec. 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Dustin Lovejoy, 20, Arundel, possession of liquor by a minor on March 4, fined $250 by default.

Amber B. Morin, 20, Bryant Pond, operating after license suspension on April 11, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Shane J. Morse, 18, Jay, two counts of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on March 31, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Samuel R. Palmer, 19, Rumford, possession of liquor by a minor and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 29, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Ernest R. Peare, 43, Hanover, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 22, found guilty, fined $600.

Rick S. Powell, 30, Rumford, violating condition of release on May 4, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

James J. Spitzer, 18, Rumford, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor and possession of liquor by a minor on March 29, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Christopher M. Teceno, 20, Portland, possession of liquor by a minor on March 11, offense committed, fined $200.

Miranda L. Thorne, 18, Rumford, possession of liquor by a minor on March 12, fined $400 by default.

Eric N. Tibbetts, 31, Lewiston, operating a snowmobile under the influence, over 21 and 0.08 percent, on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $500.

Chad M. Warren, 22, Rumford, operating after registration suspended and possession of marijuana on March 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $125; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Julia A. Weymouth, 52, Peru, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on March 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Mark R. White, 18, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possession of liquor by a minor on Feb. 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $100 and restitution of $34.98; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Susan D. Wooden, 43, West Paris, operating after registration suspended and attaching false plates on Feb. 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $125 on second charge.

Angela L. Woods, 26, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 19 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $125 and restitution of $240 on second charge.

Robert Bassett Jr., 25, Peru, exceeding the bag limit on deer and possession of antlerless deer on Nov. 18, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Clinton Gilbert Bradbury, 53, Peru, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait and hunting deer after having killed one on Nov. 16, both charges dismissed.

Matthew J. Chrissikos, 54, Dixfield, criminal speed on Nov. 27, dismissed.

Jeremy C. Coffin, 19, Andover, criminal mischief on Nov. 21, dismissed.

Nathan J. Dayon, 25, Rumford, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Oct. 15, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second and third charges dismissed.

Jeremy L. Gallant, 31, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked and permitting unlawful use on Dec. 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to seven days, license suspended one year and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Charles A. Gaura Jr., 23, Andover, driving to endanger and reckless conduct on Oct. 8, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $750.

Guilford Rail System, Waterville, failing to equip, maintain, and/or make rule to prevent fire on April 30, 2006, offense committed, fined $100 and restitution of $7,145.39.

Dale Kotthaus, 46, Fort Pierce, Fla., negotiating a worthless instrument on Oct. 1, 1989, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days and probation revoked.

Richard R. Larsen Jr., 19, Oxford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert M. Lovell Jr., 48, Mexico, assault on Jan. 12, dismissed.

Susan T. Thornton, 42, Rumford, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and two counts of assault on June 17, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to five days; also charged with assault and violating condition or release on June 29, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to five days.

Jewels Varnum, 43, Mexico, operating under the influence on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Julia A. Weymouth, 52, Peru, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use a license on March 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.
