I enjoy the outdoors, pay taxes and have a right to use the roads. Dogs belong tied or fenced within the boundaries of their owners’ homes. They should not be allowed to chase after people.

Dogs who are unleashed, however, create huge anxiety, and potentially deadly situations for citizens who enjoy sport.
