Abdullahi M. Abdi, 53, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a permit on Jan. 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Nathan Achorn, 29, Auburn, violating condition of release on April 19, sent to jury trial.

Jason M. Adams, 26, Sabattus, violating condition of release and escape on Jan. 2, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 14 days for each charge.

Christopher Douglass Aldrich, 23, Richmond, disorderly conduct on Jan. 27, found guilty, fined $150.

Cindy L. Ali, 47, Auburn, assault and violating condition of release on June 24, found guilty on both charges, unconditional discharge for each charge.

Jill M. Allen, 25, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 21, dismissed.

Jesse Anderson, 26, Auburn, violating condition of release on April 28, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Emilio Andoniades, 50, Lewiston, conducting business as second hand dealer without a license and failure to have a list of transactions on Jan. 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $50 for each charge.

Joseph P. Annaloro, 36, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Sept. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Andrew Asselin, 40, Auburn, annoying pets on Nov. 21, offense committed, fined $50.

David A. Austin, 40, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Yunis A. Awmaalim, 19, Lewiston, passing a stopped school bus on Jan. 29, sent to jury trial.

Everett F. Ayer Jr., 46, Sumner, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $250.

Shane W. Bacon, 20, Windham, failure to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury on Dec. 2, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Josefina Baez Delapaz, 30, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Rick E. Bally, 43, Turner, operating under the influence on March 3, sent to jury trial.

Raymond Albert Banes, 53, Canton, assault on March 1, found guilty, fined $300.

Brandi B. Barbioni, 19, Mount Vernon, operating under the influence and failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury on Feb. 1, both charges sent to jury trial.

Tyraun L. Barboza, 28, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 11, filed, fined $50.

Jaime S. Barry, 26, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 10, dismissed.

Joseph P. Barry, 36, Abington, Mass., driving to endanger, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized use of property and operating a vehicle without a license on June 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $575; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 21 days for each charge; fourth charge dismissed; also charged with allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Feb. 18, found guilty, fined $250.

Paula Jean Barry, 33, Abington, Mass., allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor and violating condition of release on Feb. 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Justin A. Beaudet, 26, Otisfield, indecent conduct on Feb. 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Jennifer D. Beaudoin, 21, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and failing to stop, remain, provide information on Feb. 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $600 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Daniel Philip Beaulieu, 19, Bowdoin, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release and two counts of assault on Sept. 22, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 30 days for each on first and second charges; fined $300 and sentenced to 30 days for each on third and fourth charges.

John K. Beaulieu, 21, Lewiston, violating condition of release and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 25, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to eight days on first charge; fined $400 and sentenced to eight days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

David J. Beeler, 24, Lewiston, possession of fireworks on Jan. 23, offense committed, fined $35.

Erin Begay, 26, Lewiston, terrorizing on April 13, dismissed.

Eric R. Belanger, 18, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Kristopher D. Belanger, 26, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Feb. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Dertha R. Blount, 33, Biddeford, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Aug. 19, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Stacy L. Bly, 43, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Jan. 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Daniel Bodger, 22, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 4, found guilty, fined $250.
