Donald Little, 58, Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on March 7, found guilty, fined $75.

Ronald Locke, 64, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 11, found guilty, fined $300.

Carl Ellsworth Logan, 30, Auburn, operating under the influence on Nov. 3, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Dominic M. Longley, 26, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Nov. 18, found guilty, fined $750 and sentenced to three days.

Kimberly A. Lowe, 38, Lebanon, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 13, found guilty, fined $250.

Verna S. Lowell, 47, New Gloucester, failure to register a vehicle on March 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Duane A. Luce, 41, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and unlawful use of a license on Nov. 18, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Tina Mace, 40, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Jan. 27, found guilty, fined $500.

George Frederick Magee, 50, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on April 9, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Ashley Maheux, 20, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 17, 2006, and May 25, 2006, and operating after registration suspended on May 25, 2006, found guilty on all charges, fined $250 for each on first and second charges; fined $100 on third charge.

Shawn M. Mailly, 28, Brunswick, permitting use of license or ID card on Nov. 17, filed with no cost.

Kelly Mangos, 28, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on April 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Gail Mariner, 48, New Gloucester, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 30, found guilty, fined $300.

David R. Marshall, 39, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 12, disorderly conduct on April 11, and criminal threatening on April 29, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 and restitution of $119.96 on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours on second charge; sentenced to 120 days with all but one day suspended and one year probation on third charge.

Amber Martin, 21, Lewiston, criminal trespass on Feb. 20 and violating condition of release on April 9, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Paul F. Martin, 81, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 2, filed with no cost.

Gordon Martineau, 72, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 5, filed, fined $100.

Travis Jordan L. Masood, 19, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 31, found guilty, fined $100.

James C. Packard, 19, Lewiston, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and possession of liquor by a minor on Oct. 29, found not guilty on first and second charges, offense committed on third charge, fined $200.

Anthony P. Palmer, 42, Lewiston, violating condition of release on April 18, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Jeffrey T. Paradis, 28, Monmouth, assault, criminal trespass and obstructing report of crime on July 29, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but two days suspended and one year probation; second and third charges dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 6, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

David Parlin, 36, Auburn, assault on Aug. 21, found guilty, sentenced to 40 days; also charged with violating condition of release and violating a protective order on Oct. 12 and violating a protective order on Jan. 15, found guilty first and second charges, sentenced to five days for each charge; third charge dismissed.

James A. Paterson, 22, Westport Island, operating after habitual offender revocation, failure to give a correct name, address and/or date of birth, and operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 14 days on second charge; fined $500 and sentenced to 14 days on third charge.
