AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Daniel Abel, 45, Auburn, assault on June 18, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Todd Adamen, 36, Auburn, probation violation on an Aug. 22, 2001, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to three days, probation partially revoked and continued, and restitution of $4,509.77.

Jason M. Adams, 26, Sabattus, three counts of assault on Jan. 1, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to nine months at the county jail; second and third charges dismissed; also charged with criminal trespass and violating condition of release on Jan. 1, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail for each charge.

Yolanda Anyanwu, 33, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Dec. 3 and disorderly conduct on Oct. 27, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail with all suspended; second charge dismissed; also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, violating condition of release and criminal forfeiture or property on Dec. 8, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the the state prison with all but 99 days suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed; third charge forfeited; and assault and violating condition of release on Feb. 5, both charges dismissed; and violating condition of release on Feb. 26, dismissed.

Justin Lee Asselin, 26, Auburn, theft by deception on July 9, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all but 43 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $2,600.73.

Anthony S. Barron, 30, Oakland, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim, and terrorizing on July 1, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Jennifer L. Barry, 31, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Sept. 5, found guilty, fined $75.

Paula Jean Barry, 33, Auburn, illegal importation of scheduled drugs, operating a vehicle without a license, criminal forfeiture of property and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 30, first and second charges dismissed; third charge forfeited; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $400.

Paula Jean Barry, 33, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Oct. 7, both charges dismissed.

Peter Charles Bean, 24, Lewiston, assault and violating condition of release on March 22, both charges dismissed.

Derek L. Bennett, 24, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 16, 2003, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to four days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Benjamin Bernard, 23, Lisbon Falls, criminal mischief on June 26, 2006, and aggravated assault and violating condition of release on Sept. 8, all charges dismissed.

Thomas Boucher, 20, Lewiston, probation violation on a June 21, 2005, forgery charge, sentenced to 11 month at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Karen Brown, 25, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 30, 2006, filed with no cost.

Harry Buck, 41, Turner, aggravated trafficking of schedule Z drugs and criminal forfeiture of property on April 30, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years probation; second charge forfeited.

Anthony R. Buerhaus, 36, Portland, probation violation on a Dec. 6, 2005, sexual abuse of a minor charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Daniel N. Bulick, 19, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 26, found guilty, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and restitution of $866.67.

Frank Jayson Campbell, 36, Dallas, Texas, probation violation on a April 4, 2000, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Dale Chase, 26, Waterford, assault on Sept. 11, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Daniel Ray Chase, 42, Lewiston, eluding an officer and operating after habitual offender revocation on Jan. 11, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison on first charge; fined $1,000 and sentenced to nine months and one day on second charge; also charged with operating under the influence, with one prior, criminal mischief and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Feb. 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 30 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second and third charges dismissed; and operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and violating condition of release on March 18, both charges dismissed; and operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and violating condition of release on May 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to seven days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Elizabeth D. Chickering, 29, Bath, assault and criminal trespass on May 27, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison; second charge dismissed.

Nicholas Allan Coy, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 27, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days.

Rufus W. Dantzler, 34, Bronx, N.Y., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on March 19, 2005, and two counts of unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on March 18, 2005, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 129 days at the county jail.

Faith H. Davidson, 20, Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on March 16, found guilty, fined $500.

John A. Davis Jr., 36, Lewiston, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Aug. 27, both charges dismissed.

Kevin J. Dominiczak, 25, South Portland, four counts of assault on Aug. 6, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Ryan David Doucette, 25, Auburn, probation violation on a March 8, 2006, assault charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with criminal threatening on March 31, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail.

Ryan David Doucette, 25, Lewiston, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 31, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail.

Jason Downey, 20, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 10, 2005, dismissed.

Kimberly A. Ducey, 44, Auburn, failing to appear for disclosure or contempt hearing on May 10, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.

Raymond A. Dulac, 40, Auburn, probation violations on a Dec. 22, 2001, operating a motor vehicle after revocation and operating under the influence charges, sentenced to 19 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Raymond Anthony Dulac, 40, Auburn, two counts of unlawful sexual contact on April 15, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six years at the state prison with all but nine months and one day suspended and four years’ probation.

Anthony J. Emery, 34, Casco, failing to report on Feb. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail.

Nathan Fenderson, 32, Shapleigh, driving to endanger on Aug. 28, 2005, dismissed.

Daniel A. Field, 50, Litchfield, theft by receiving stolen property on Aug. 5, 2005, dismissed.

Raymond A. Gagne, 61, Lewiston, assault on June 9, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Michael D. Giambra, 34, Lewiston, assault on March 25, 2006, and operating under the influence, with three priors, operating while license suspended or revoked, and operating after registration suspended on July 14, all charges dismissed.

John E. Gilbert, 34, Augusta, probation violation on the March 27, 2004, operating a motor vehicle after revocation and operating under the influence charges, sentenced to four days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Jonathan L. Gilbert, 34, Portland, habitual motor vehicle offender on Aug. 19, 1999, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Juan E. Gonzalez, 24, North Turner, probation violation on a Oct. 6, 2004, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Jason Daniel Gordon, 25, Lewiston, criminal threatening, criminal trespass and assault on Dec. 4, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 106 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 10 days at the county jail on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Daryle Clifford Gormley, 41, Lewiston, assault and criminal threatening on March 16, both charges dismissed.

Kevin O. Grant, 33, Portland, probation violation on a May 23, 2003, robbery charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Shawn Greeley, 44, Auburn, probation violation on the Oct. 7, 2004, and Aug. 15, 2004, visual sexual aggression against a child charges, sentenced to 78 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Judith A. Green, 32, Penacock, N.H., negotiating a worthless instrument on Nov. 12, 2001, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Ashlee Grondin, 22, Sabattus, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 26, 2005, found guilty on both charges, unconditional discharge for each charge.

Matthew Harvey, 31, Lewiston, burglary of a motor vehicle on Jan. 6, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

John Irving Hibbard Jr., 32, Lewiston, burglary on Dec. 20, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to six days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued, and restitution of $2,800.

Stephen J. Hiscock, 20, Auburn, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on June 12, 2006, dismissed.

Samuel Hooker, 27, Auburn, two counts of criminal forfeiture of property on Aug. 29, both charges forfeited.

Tina L. Irish, 35, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Jan. 26, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Justin L. Jackson, 21, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on March 3, dismissed.

Kheyro Jama, 30, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 20, dismissed.

Jonathan W. Jenkins, 21, Queens, N.Y., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal use of property and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 21, 2005, first charge dismissed; second charge forfeited; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to two years.

Elida A. Jones, 44, Rumford, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 23, 2005, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation.

Marc Aaron Jonitis, 22, Lewiston, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Jan. 23, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days at the county jail with all but seven months suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge.

Lee E. Jordan, 58, Auburn, aggravated trafficking of schedule Z drugs, and two counts of criminal forfeiture on May 23, 2006, all charges dismissed.

Tiffany M. Kilton, 21, Auburn, assault and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Sept. 21, both charges dismissed.

Golden Jeremy Klein, 24, Lafayette, La., failing to stop, remain and/or provide information, and driving to endanger on Feb. 26, 2006, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 and license suspended 30 days on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

David M. Lagasse, 23, Auburn, violating a protective order and violating condition of release on Nov. 19, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Michael J. Lagasse, 37, Auburn, probation violation on a Nov. 24 assault charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Daniel Richard Landry, 37, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 7, 2006, assault charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with violating condition of release on March 27, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days.

Gerald Roger Lapierre, 45, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on Oct. 29, 2004, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Zackary R. Lapointe, 23, Auburn, burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 4, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six years at the state prison with all but nine months suspended, three years probation and restitution of $5,372.67 on first charge; sentenced to nine months at the county jail for each on second and third charges.

Joshua C. Levesque, 23, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and two counts of criminal forfeiture of property on June 14, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but three months suspended and two years probation; second and third charges forfeited.

Todd D. Lyons, 23, Augusta, probation violation on a Dec. 26, 2003, burglary charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Donald Hosha Malone, 37, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Feb. 6, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation.

Miles Herbert Maltby III, 45, Lewiston, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow on June 20, 2006, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 30 days.

Evan J. Manocal, 19, Lisbon, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 5, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 45 days at the county jail and restitution of $785.

Dustin I. Marquis, 21, Greene, sexual abuse of a minor on Sept. 29, dismissed.

Michelle R. Marston, 36, Auburn, probation violation on an Aug. 14, 2003, negotiating a worthless instrument charge, sentenced to three months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Carey L. Mathis, 40, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 30 assault charge, sentenced to three days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

William H. McCall, 25, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on Dec. 13, dismissed.

Renay Lynn McCluskey, 25, Auburn, probation violation on a July 7, 2004, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued, and restitution of $2,278.

Adam E. Mears, 22, Portland, assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and assault on May 22, 2006, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $300, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation on first charge; unconditional discharge on second charge; third charge dismissed.
