AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Matthew William Messenger, 26, Auburn, terrorizing, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim, and violating condition of release on April 6, and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on May 1, all charges dismissed.

Michael P. Mingo, 29, Portland, violating condition of release, disorderly conduct and assault on Dec. 15, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to three days for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Kimberly Miranda, 45, Lewiston, arson on Sept. 16, found guilty, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all but 235 days suspended and two years probation.

Scott Allen Moody, 32, Lewiston, forgery on Jan. 20, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but seven days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $400.

Michael Scott Nichols, 44, Turner, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and operating under the influence on April 29, 2006, found guilty on both charges, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 10 days at the county jail on first charge; fined $500, sentenced to 10 days and license suspended 90 days on second charge; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and violating condition of release on Dec. 5, both charges dismissed.

Matthew J. Niemi, 18, Turner, aggravated trespass on March 26, dismissed.

Donna K. Noel, 42, Auburn, two counts of stealing drugs on Aug. 27, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

David Osgood, 26, Freeport, operating under the influence, with two priors, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and theft by unauthorized use of property on Feb. 20, 2006, all charges dismissed.

Jason R. Parlin, 30, Livermore, eluding an officer, theft by unauthorized use of property, operating a vehicle without a license, driving to endanger and failing to stop for an officer on April 28, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third, fourth and fifth charges, fined $300 on third charge; fined $575 and license suspended 30 days on fourth charge; sentenced to 21 days at the county jail on fifth charge.

Jason R. Parlin, 30, Livermore, criminal speed and violating condition of release on Dec. 4, both charges dismissed.

Bruce Peaco, 42, Freeport, burglary, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by receiving stolen property on Oct. 16, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail.

Christopher M. Pelton, 20, Readfield, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct on June 29, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail.

Eric J. Peters, 27, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on Dec. 4, 2005, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $700, sentenced to 25 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on first charge; fined $500 and sentenced to 10 days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Jill Polley, 31, Lewiston, probation violation on the Dec. 2, 1997, aggravated trafficking or furnishing of scheduled drugs charge and May 19, 1998, robbery charge, sentenced to 24 months at the state prison and probation revoked for each charge.

Nichole Jean Powell, 22, Lewiston, burglary on May 26, 2006, dismissed.

Wayne L. Powell, 28, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 3 and violating condition of release on Jan. 4, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but three days suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to 94 days at the county jail on second charge; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release on Feb. 2, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and sentenced to three days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to three days on second charge.

Alicia M. Price, 21, Lewiston, theft by receiving stolen property on Aug. 5, 2005, dismissed.

James Kenneth Purcell, 34, Lewiston, failing to comply with sex offender registration act, third offense, on Jan. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail.

Antonio L. Rembert, 30, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Sept. 29 and failure to appear after bailed on Jan. 16, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three years at the state prison on first charge; sentenced to one year at the state prison on second charge.

Roland J. Richards, 52, Oxford, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Jan. 9, 2006, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Shane L. Ridlon, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, aggravated criminal mischief, and two counts of burglary on May 21, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended and one year and six months probation on third charge; sentenced to one year at the state prison and one year and six months probation on fourth charge.

Nicole Rodriguez, 25, Lewiston, burglary on May 26, 2006, dismissed.

Christina J. Ross, 24, Leeds, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 6, 2006, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Alan James Roy, 26, Lewiston, two counts of terrorizing on Feb. 2, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison for each charge; also charged with tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on Feb. 9, dismissed.

George S. Salisbury, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on a Oct. 26 assault charge, sentenced to 80 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

John W. Seebeck, 22, Lewiston, three counts of criminal threatening on Aug. 1, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Shawn M. Simard, 21, Lewiston, criminal threatening on March 7, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Timothy S. Simmons, 43, Friendship, assault and unlawful sexual contact on Oct. 12, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 and sentenced to 20 months at the state prison on first charge; sentenced to 20 months at the state prison on second charge.

David Wayne Walker, 44, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 1, 2004, Sept. 8, 2004, and March 3, 2006, unconditional discharge.

Theodore J. Wallace, 30, Dryden, operating under the influence, with three plus priors, and operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on April 2, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $2,100, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but six months suspended, one year probation, license suspended six years and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Patricia Wolfe, 21, Lewiston, burglary on April 26, 2006, dismissed.

Donna Wotton, 40, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Sept. 16, 2005, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation.

Brian Wright, 51, Poland, assault on Oct. 12, filed with no cost.
