Reciprocity.

Is this a word we no longer need in our vocabulary?

In the “good old days,” residents of Maine could ride all-terrain vehicles, snow machines and boats in New Hampshire, and vice versa, without an extra license or fee. Now, those fun things to do require one.

With the cost of gas, and the fees, it is almost too much to bear.

What will come next… nobody knows. Perhaps a fence or wall would solve the unnecessary situation.
