FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Sheila Adams, 46, Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 23, found guilty, fined $300.

Samuel D. Adler, 37, Farmington, assault and criminal mischief on March 17, both charges sent to jury trial.

Darlene Alexander, 56, Chesterville, kindling fire without a permit on April 21, waived, fined $100.

Maria C. Amero, 52, Livermore Falls, harassment on Jan. 27, sent to jury trial.

Justin C. Anthony, 20, Carrabassett Valley, transportation of drugs by a minor and transporting liquor by a minor on March 17, 2006, both charges dismissed.

Robert R. Ash, 52, Kingfield, operating after registration suspended on March 10, found guilty, fined $100.

David Ashley, 55, Eustis, failing to register or update information on July 20, 2005, found guilty, fined $500.

Richard R. Austin, 46, Industry, violating condition of release on Oct. 21, and operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of a license and violating condition of release on Dec. 18, all charges dismissed.

Richard Avery, 44, Windsor, failing to provide and display registration on Feb. 17, fined $100 by default.

Niles E. Azevedo, 36, Jay, terrorizing on Dec. 21, sent to jury trial.

Scott Bailey, 25, Jay, operating under the influence and violating condition of release on April 26, both charges sent to jury trial.

Mathew J. Barker, 24, New Sharon, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Jan. 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $750; offense committed on second charge, fined $300; third charge dismissed.

Howard R. Barry, 51, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 26, found guilty, fined $250.

Amanda R. Bartholemew, 32, Livermore, acquiring drugs by deception on Nov. 20, dismissed.

Cynthia R. Bastarache, 18, Gorham, possession of liquor by a minor on April 6, offense committed, fined $200.

David Beal, 35, Waldoboro, operating an unregistered snowmobile on March 13, offense committed, fined $100.

Adam M. Beane, 19, Wilton, operation of a defective vehicle on June 22, 2006, found guilty, fined $150.

Chelsea Beaudin, 18, Monmouth, possession of liquor by a minor on Dec. 31, offense committed, fined $200.

Mark L. Bell, 42, Bellingham, Mass., operating an unregistered snowmobile on March 10, offense committed, fined $100.

Steven Boyd Blair, 43, New Sharon, negotiating a worthless instrument on June 23, 2005, found guilty, fined $200 with $100 suspended and restitution of $136.

Danielle M. Blanchette, 22, Williston, Vt., passing a stopped school bus on March 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Michael L. Boone, 31, Farmington, allowing a dog to be at large on Jan. 12, dismissed.

Sandra J. Bowker, 36, Norridgewock, operating a vehicle without a license and failure to register a vehicle on April 23, both charges filed with no cost.

Ryan M. Brackett, 19, Peabody, Mass., operating an unregistered snowmobile on April 6, offense committed, fined $100.

Joshua Michael Brann, 20, Phillips, probation violation on an Aug. 19, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to 180 days and probation revoked; also charged with operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and violating condition of release on April 7, all charges sent to jury trial.

Faith Lee Breton, 29, East Wilton, assault on Aug. 19, dismissed.

Jessi D. Briscoe, 25, New Sharon, disorderly conduct on Feb. 14 and criminal mischief on Feb. 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Randy J. Brown, 38, Wilton, possession of marijuana on March 25, offense committed, fined $350.

Craig H. Bullen, 30, Springvale, operating under the influence and permitting unlawful use on July 4, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400.

Zane M. Capen, 19, Litchfield, violation of a protective order on March 17, found guilty, fined $300.

Owen J. Cassidy, 21, Brunswick, criminal mischief on April 14, found guilty, fined $250 and restitution of $500.
