Lewiston – Liliette “Bobbi” E. Cliche, 82, of Lewiston, transitioned to eternal life on July 5, to be with the Lord and recently deceased daughter, Jackie, whom she missed very much. She died at St. Mary’s hospital surrounded by her loving family who prayed with her and softly sang her favorite song “Amazing Grace.”

She was born in Lewiston, Sept. 20, 1924, the daughter of Albert Renaud and Cesarie (Bechard) Renaud. She was educated in Lewiston schools. She was a longtime worker in the shoe industry and also at Raytheon. Before her illness, she loved to read, work on puzzles and play bingo. She loved outings to the seacoast with her friends, and she was very much a “people person.”

She is survived by her brother, Leo Renaud and wife, Fleurange; sister, Therese Laurendeau, all of Lewiston; daughters, Connie Morin and husband, Capt. Laurier Morin, of Lewiston, Viv Tucci and partner, Wanda “Diane” Hill, of Lewiston, Claudette Fournier and husband, Charles, of Lewiston, Pauline Lyons and partner, Michael Goden, of Phillipston, Mass., and Laurieann Charest and husband, Ron, of Lewiston; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Her daughter’s dogs, “Tye” and “Angel” miss her very much, as will all who knew and loved her. One of her favorite little sayings was, “End of Story,” and this truly is her last chapter but she will forever live in our hearts.
