LEWISTON – The Lewiston Auburn Children’s Foundation has announced that it is accepting grant requests for the 2007 fiscal year.
The foundation annually awards grants to individuals and organizations who provide services to children in the Lewiston-Auburn community. Recipients of the past year included the Trinity Jubilee Center, Lots to Gardens, Longley Elementary School, the Share Center, Literacy Volunteers and the Boys and Girls Club.
Submit requests no later than Sept. 30 to the Lewiston Auburn Children’s Foundation, P.O. Box 7155, Lewiston, ME 04243-7155. For more information, call Heather Sargent-Plante at 784-3252 or Gretchen Rosen at 782-9442.
