LEWISTON – The Lewiston Senior Citizens are offering the following trips for anyone age 50 or over:

Cruise on the Songo River Queen II, Wednesday, July 25. It is a 2-hour cruise of the lakes region on a replica of the Mississippi River stern paddle wheeler. The Queen passes through two swing bridges, as well as the Songo Lock.

Ogunquit Playhouse, “The King and I,” Wednesday, Aug. 22.

Foster’s Clambake, York, Friday, Sept. 14. The clambake features chowder, mussels, steamed clams, a lobster, corn on the cob, roasted potatoes and onions, rolls and blueberry crumb cake.

Festival of Colors, Auberge Estrimont, Mt. Orford, Quebec, Sept. 24 to 27. It includes three breakfasts, a lunch, three dinners, two nights of music and dance, a winery visit, a guided tour of the region and a gondola ride up Mont-Orford.

Best of Times, Merrimack, N.H., Thursday, Oct. 11. The trip includes a visit to Swan Chocolates, a lunch at the Common Man Restaurant and a tour of Anheuser-Bush.

North Shore Music Theater, “Les Miserables,” Saturday, Nov. 3.

Beacon Christmas Party, Sunday, Dec. 9. Entertainment, buffet, a visit from Santa and gifts for everyone.

Best of Times, “Bright Nights/A New England Christmas,” Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 12 and 13. The trip includes lodging at the Hampton Inn, Chicopee, Mass., three meals, two shows, a riding tour of Bright Nights, a visit to Yankee Candle and a stop at Ingleside Mall.

Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those interested may sign up for any of the trips by going to the Lewiston Senior Citizens Office in the Multi-Purpose Center, 145 Birch St., and placing a deposit or full payment on the trip.
