BURLINGTON, Vt. – The following local students received degrees during May commencement at the University of Vermont.

Rebecca Geiger, Auburn, received a BSM degree cum laude and was a mathematics major in the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences.

Stephanie Joy, Gray, received an MD degree and was a medical major in the College of Medicine.

Marissa Stewart, Gray, received a BS degree and was a animal sciences major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Nicholas DuBois, Manchester, received a BS degree and was a community entrepreneurship major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Caitlin Diggles, Raymond, received a BA degree cum laude and was a psychology major in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Ryan Nickerson, Turner, received a BSBA degree and was a business administration major in the School of Business Administration.
