WILTON – The Planning Board will review a request to erect a display home from Cousineau, Inc. of East Wilton at the 7 p.m. Thursday meeting at the town office.

The request calls for one model modular home to be placed near the company’s office, from which they will show and order homes, said Code Enforcement Officer Paul Montague.

The board will also elect a chairman and secretary. Alternate Douglas Hiltz will join the board replacing Keith Swett, who resigned.

A request from Kathleen Labranch to add ice cream sales at the Neon Balloon party supply store on Main Street and a permit/site plan review for a physician’s office home occupation with new construction at 145 Lakes Road that was submitted by Christi James, will both be up for consideration at the meeting.
