NORWAY – Herbert and Lois Strauss of Norway are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine (Kitty) Strauss, to Duncan Winship, son of Cameron and Gloria Winship of Jacksonville, Fla.
Miss Strauss is a 2003 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and a 2007 graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla., where she earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a minor in theater. She begins teaching second grade in Orlando, Fla., in August.
Mr. Winship is a 2000 graduate of Jacksonville Episcopal High School and a 2005 graduate of Rollins College, where he majored in theater arts and minored in physics and mathematics. He is employed by Disney World as a pyrotechnician.
A June 21, 2008, wedding will be held at the Rollins College Chapel in Winter Park, Fla.
