JAY – Marco and Nancy Grimaldi of Jay are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Karyn Grimaldi of New York City, to Joseph Agosto of New York City, son of Julio and Joanne Agosto of Ridgefield, N.J.

Miss Grimaldi received her education at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn., and is employed as advertising account manager at Meredith Corp.

Mr. Agosto received his education at St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.J., and is employed as a personal trainer.

A Maine wedding will be held in the fall of 2008.
