AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Nathan Achorn, 29, Auburn, violating condition of release on April 19, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail; also charged with assault on April 18, dismissed.

Ross S. Adams, 41, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, failing to stop for an officer and violating condition of release on July 5, found guilty on all charges, fined $500, sentenced to 45 days at the county jail, license suspended one year and registration suspended on first charge; sentenced to 10 days at the county jail on second charge and sentenced to 45 days at the county jail on third charge.

Jon Addison, 23, Auburn, assault on Oct. 10, filed with no cost.

Chad E. Agrell, 34, Auburn, cultivating marijuana on Aug. 7, filed with no cost.

Dana Alden, 52, Turner, operating an ATV under the influence on July 2, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Christopher D. Alger, 30, Smithfield, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on Oct. 21, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

Bashe Ali, 36, Portland, assault on July 20, filed with no cost.

Marco R. Aliberti, 29, Kingfield, operating under the influence on June 18, 2006, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Vicki Anastos, 42, Mechanic Falls, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 9, both charges filed, fined $100 for each charge.

Arodal Anderson, 32, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 5, filed, fined $200.

David W. Arnold, 37, Auburn, operating under the influence on Feb. 23, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Brandi B. Barbioni, 20, Mount Vernon, operating under the influence and failing to stop, remain, render aid and/or personal injury on Feb. 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Tyler Baril, 20, Lewiston, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Feb. 10, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $700 and license suspended 30 days.

Joshua B. Bartlett, 22, New Gloucester, operating under the influence on July 11, 2006, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Christopher L. Beaudoin, 20, Litchfield, probation violation on Nov. 1, 2004 burglary, aggravated criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, sentenced to 13 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Autumn Bell, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 8, 2006, filed, fined $150.

Derek L. Bennett, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 16, 2003, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Robert Bennett, 28, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, on July 30, 2006, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Marc R. Berube, 43, Minot, operating under the influence on Jan. 3, 2006, and violating condition of release and criminal speed on Dec. 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days; second and third charges dismissed.

Keith R. Binette, 32, Auburn, probation violation on July 31, 2006 criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and assault charges, sentenced to 28 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Christopher J. Cureton, 24, Auburn, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on May 27, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months.

Evan Curran, 19, Auburn, probation violation on two Feb. 3, 2006, burglary charges and a Sept. 30, 2006, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, sentenced to two years and six months at the county jail with all but six months suspended, two years probation and restitution of $5,746 for each charge.

Lisa A. Daisley, 43, Auburn, assault and disorderly conduct on Sept. 11, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail.

Donnie Fletcher, 18, Wilton, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 3, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 97 days at the county jail and restitution of $295; also charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 14, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 97 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $50 on first charge; sentenced to 97 days at the county jail on second charge.

Matthew J. Greenwood, 27, Lewiston, operating under the influence and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on June 18, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $600; second charge dismissed.
