LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Troy Maurais, 33, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on April 8, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Lucas J. Mawhinney, 21, Lisbon, criminal speed on April 21, found guilty, fined $300.

Erwin L. May, 33, Lewiston, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on April 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert A. Mayhew, 26, Skowhegan, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Sept. 26, dismissed.

Kenn McAllister, 25, Windham, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 22, 2005, dismissed.

Scott A. McCongaughey, 30, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on May 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Tyler J. McFarland, 26, Windham, assault on Sept. 7, 2006, found guilty, fined $300.

Michael McKenna, 28, Sabattus, operating under the influence on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Rodney L. McKenzie, 41, Hebron, possession of marijuana on April 7, offense committed, fined $350.

Laura L. McLaughlin, 25, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 22, dismissed.

James Andrew McLean, 32, Poland, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 11, found guilty, fined $250.

Daniel J. Meehl, 25, Medford, Mass., operating under the influence on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Amanda J. Mercier, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 8, found guilty, fined $200, restitution of $192 and 30 hours community service.

Jason D. Miller, 26, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Oct. 17, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to five days.

William A. Miller, 38, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on April 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Stephen A. Missler, 54, Topsham, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on April 25, found guilty, fined $600.

Abdirahman S. Mohamud, 18, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on March 19, and operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on June 25, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $250 on second charge; sentenced to 24 hours.

Jacob Moody, 27, Lewiston, criminal trespass on May 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin Moody, 24, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on March 29, transferred to Superior Court.

Jane E. Moore, 47, Lewiston, engaging in prostitution on March 25, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert R. Morin, 38, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on March 23 and assault on June 27, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300 and sentenced to four days.

Richard I. Morse, 47, Livermore, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 3, found guilty, fined $250.

Steven Leroy Mortimer, 41, Lewiston, unlawful use of a license on April 4, found guilty, fined $50.

Kaasim Naaji, 52, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on April 9, dismissed.

Henry R. Norgren, 53, Lisbon, operating under the influence on April 14, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Casey Norris, 23, Arrowsic, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 13, dismissed.

Travis Oakes, 32, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked, operating after registration suspended and attaching false plates on Nov. 21, all charges dismissed.

Cynthia Obie, 36, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on March 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin Oliver, 28, New Gloucester, disorderly conduct on April 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Paul Oneal, 21, Lewiston, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on June 23, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Hassan Abdi Osman, 34, Flowery Branch, Ga., operation with false duty rule violation on July 27, found guilty, fined $500.

Daniel A. Ouellette, 43, Lewiston, driving to endanger on April 30, found guilty, fined $575, sentenced to 15 days and license suspended 30 days.

Edwin Pacheco Jr., 25, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Oct. 1 and indecent conduct on Aug. 19, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours on first charge; fined $150 on second charge.

Sarah E. Pacheco, 24, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on May 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Scott A. Packard, 43, Sabattus, attaching false plates on April 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Timothy S. Page Sr., 44, Poland, criminal mischief on Dec. 9 and burning without a permit and burning prohibited material on April 25, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 and restitution of $815 on first charge; fined $100 for each on second and third charges.

Jeremiah M. Paine, 32, Auburn, criminal trespass on June 16, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

George E. Palmer, 48, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Kevin Pease, 29, Auburn, assault and criminal threatening on Feb. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 180 days with all suspended and nine months probation; second charge dismissed.

Eric R. Pleau, 19, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on June 26, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Scott James Poli, 21, Lewiston, criminal trespass Oct. 18, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 9, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Cassandra E. Purington, 20, Livermore Falls, criminal speed on Feb. 4, dismissed.

Jodi R. Rackliff, 18, Jay, possession of liquor by a minor on March 30, offense committed, fined $200.

Lisa A. Radcliffe, 46, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on April 7, filed with no cost.

John E. Ragan, 43, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on April 28, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Taryn Rand, 21, Lewiston, violating a protective order on March 28, found guilty, fined $150.
