AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Magan J. Hallman, 27, Lewiston, operating under the influence on July 21, 2006, and violating condition of release on Sept. 7, 2006, found guilty on first charge; fined $600 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Thomas J. Hamel, 39, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Aug. 2, 2006, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Jeremiah Hanson, 27, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 18, 2006, filed with no cost.

David Harrington Jr., 41, Auburn, assault and criminal mischief on Aug. 15, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Mary Hart, 27, Auburn, assault on Oct. 9, filed with no cost.

John Hayes, 36, Lewiston, obstructing government administration on Aug. 18, 2006, and theft of services and violating condition of release on Jan. 21, all charges dismissed; also charged with assault and reckless conduct on July 30, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail and one year probation.

Jeffrey Hefferon, 34, Acton, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on Jan. 27, dismissed.

Cynthia M. Heikkinen, 61, Jay, assault on Sept. 23, filed with no cost.

Scott M. Hinkley, 19, Turner, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop, remain and/or provide information on May 16, 2006, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $500 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Chris W. Hitchcock, 21, Auburn, assault and reckless conduct on April 20, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

James H. Hogan, 23, Brunswick, sexual abuse of a minor on Aug. 28, filed, fined $200.

John J. Holovach, 42, Brunswick, operating under the influence on Aug. 4, 2006, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Christopher M. Hopkins, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a May 26, 2005, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

John Howard, 37, Westbrook, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Sept. 22, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 30 days.

Nkem N. Iffih, 26, Roslindale, Mass., trafficking tobacco in adult correctional facility on May 15, 2006, filed, fined $300.

Rodney Jackson, 38, Lewiston, terrorizing on July 26, 2006, dismissed.

Sonya M. Jennings, 23, Lewiston, reckless conduct and assault on Aug. 12, 2006, both charges dismissed.

Laurie A. Jewett-Hovey, 45, Topsham, probation violation on a July 10, 2005, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, sentenced to 47 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Susan S. Johnson, 52, Auburn, operating under the influence, with prior, habitual motor vehicle offender and failing to stop, remain, render aid, and/or personal injury on May 21, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $800, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months; second and third charges dismissed.

Joseph Jones, 21, Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 9, filed, fined $50.

Shawn Jones, 20, Warren, robbery and aggravated assault on Feb. 10, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six years at the state prison, with all but two years suspended and three years’ probation.

Travis J. Jones, 27, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Sept. 25, dismissed.

Eugene F. Jordan III, 29, Lewiston, assault and terrorizing on June 4, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail; also charged with robbery, aggravated assault, violating condition of release and assault on Dec. 3, all charges dismissed.

Briana L. Joy, 20, Jay, criminal mischief on Sept. 30, dismissed.

Kevin M. Karvelis, 23, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Sept. 9, dismissed.

James Gerald Keene, 38, Auburn, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and three counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 10, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $750 on second charge; third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Christopher Keim, 29, Lewiston, probation violation on a May 5, 1998, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to seven days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Kimberly M. Kramer, 38, Livermore Falls, assault and terrorizing on July 8, 2006, both charges filed with no cost.

Christopher Kyajohnian, 31, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 29, dismissed.

Luke J. Lachance, 24, Auburn, assault on March 14, filed with no cost.

William Lamper, 52, Lewiston, burglary on Sept. 29, 1998, Sept. 30, 1998, and burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 1, 1998, all charges dismissed.

Douglas Andrew Lane, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on the Aug. 14, 1996, and July, 15, 1997, gross sexual assault charges, sentenced to 38 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Michael H. Lapierre, 48, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Aug. 24, 2006, filed, fined $150.

Regis F. Lepage, 53, Auburn, dissemination of sexually explicit material and seven counts of possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under 12 on Sept. 11, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to eight years at the state prison with all suspended, four years probation and 4,000 hours community service within 48 months on first charge; sentenced to four years at the state prison with all suspended, four years probation and 4,000 hours of community service within 48 months for each on second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth charge.

Stephen Lessard, 41, Greene, assault on May 31, 2006, filed, fined $100.

Bryce J. Libby, 46, Turner, operating under the influence and violating condition of release on April 18, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail on second charge; also charged with operating under the influence on March 31, dismissed.

Lawrence G. Lizotte, 39, Mechanic Falls, assault on March 15, found guilty, fined $300.

Jason M. Luna, 31, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Oct. 22, 2005, dismissed.

Mark D. Lyons, 48, Lewiston, assault on June 16, 2006, filed with no cost.

Valarie Maguire, 42, Turner, operating under the influence on July 2, 2006, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Donald H. Malone, 37, Lewiston, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 12, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second charge dismissed.

Adrian N. Maurais, 21, Poland, burglary of a motor vehicle and two counts of forgery on Jan. 13, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail; second and third charges dismissed; also charged with burglary, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Jan. 31, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, fined $1,000, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and restitution of $25 on third charge; sentenced to seven days at the county jail on fourth charge.

Melvin May, 68, Auburn, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Nov. 6, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Richard McAlister, 47, Millinocket, operating under the influence on April 7, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Adam McAllister, 27, Lewiston, operating under the influence, failing to stop for an officer and driving to endanger on June 17, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Laura McCann, 33, New Gloucester, operating under the influence on Nov. 2, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Tanya D. McQuade, 32, Paris, operating under the influence, violating condition of release and driving to endanger on July 23, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days; also charged with operating under the influence on June 3, 2006, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Mark R. Melanson, 51, Leeds, protective order from harassment violation on June 9, 2006, dismissed.

Amanda J. Mercier, 20, Lewiston, operating under the influence and failing to stop and/or provide information on July 4, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Moises T. Merrill, 26, Auburn, disorderly conduct and failing to provide correct name, address and/or date of birth on Sept. 6, 2006, both charges dismissed.

Dale Michaud, 27, Minot, burglary on Jan. 11, 2006, and Jan. 16, 2006, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 23, 2005, Jan. 9, 2006, Jan. 11, 2006, Jan. 13, 2006, and Jan. 16, 2006, all charges dismissed.

Warren Montu Mongo, 33, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 11, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to four years at the state prison with all but one year suspended and two years probation.

Thaddeus Montoya, 19, Auburn, operating under the influence, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to make oral or written accident report on Dec. 16, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $600, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Kevin Tait Moore, 30, Augusta, burglary, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and reckless conduct on April 7 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 17, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to three years and six months at the state prison for each charge; also charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief on April 17, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 11 months at the state prison for each charge; and violating condition of release on April 7, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail.

Joseph R. Morin, 27, Auburn, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on June 21, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Nicholas Morton, 24, Gray, operating a vehicle without a license on May 24, 2006, found guilty, fined $200.

Elliot Lawrence Moskow, 19, Lewiston, criminal conspiracy on Jan. 27, dismissed.

Phillip G. Murphy Jr., 24, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 11, 2006, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Alexis Lee Murray, 30, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on July 18, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Shannon Lee Murray, 25, Hebron, operating under the influence on Nov. 23, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Zachary L. Neuts, 22, Yarmouth, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on April 28, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

David ODonnell, 41, East Weymouth, Mass., operating under the influence on June 11, 2006, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Charles Ogwudiegwu, 38, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Aug. 25, 2006, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Patrick M. Ouellette, 21, Lewiston, operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and driving to endanger on June 3, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Peter Ouellette, 42, Turner, obstructing the report of a crime on July 30, 2006, found guilty, fined $200.

Rene A. Ouellette, 73, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 11, 2006, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months.
