Francis Pacheco, 44, Lewiston, assault and violating condition of release on Oct. 1, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Edwin R. Packard, 48, Sabattus, assault on May 27, 2006, dismissed.

Derek Shane Palange, 31, Sabattus, assault on April 11, and assault, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and criminal mischief on Feb. 17, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 86 days at the county jail; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Anthony C. Pare, 41, Minot, criminal speed on March 28, 2006, dismissed.

Cyndy Parise, 31, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $150.

Gary J. Peaslee, 20, New Gloucester, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on June 2, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Matthew D. Pelletier, 21, Waterville, assault, terrorizing and reckless conduct on Aug. 5, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail.

Demetrius D. Perry, 24, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on June 6, dismissed.

Joelie E. Perry, 45, Auburn, probation violation on a Sept. 28, 2005, violating condition of release charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Carl A. Pike, 38, Auburn, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Aug. 25, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Robert E. Plourde, 43, Sabattus, disorderly conduct on Aug. 6, 2006, filed, fined $100.

Doug Poland, 45, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on July 16, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $800, sentenced to seven days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second charge dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release on Feb. 1, dismissed.

Doug Poland, 45, Leeds, operating under the influence on Aug. 20, 2006, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 48 hours suspended, one year probation, license suspended 90 days and registration suspended.

Alvin Polvinen, 55, Auburn, assault on Sept. 19, 2006, filed, fined $100.

Chad E. Pomerleau, 23, Lewiston, assault and disorderly conduct on Aug. 18, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

John Paul Poulin, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 14, 2003, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to 38 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Normand Joseph Rivard, 69, Lewiston, unlawful sexual touching and assault on July 10, 2006, both charges dismissed.

William N. Rouille, 21, Lisbon, terrorizing, violating condition of release and criminal mischief on Feb. 10, all charges dismissed; also charged with assault and violating condition of release on March 23, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 50 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $158 on first charge; sentenced to 50 days at the county jail on second charge.

Kyle Eric Seeley, 27, Auburn, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Dec. 30, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months.

Jason M. Selleck, 51, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of license and violating condition of release on July 17, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second and third charges dismissed.

Michael C. Shepard, 21, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 19 unlawful possession of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Jacob M. Shoemaker, 23, Sumner, probation violation on the June 10, 2004, assault, obstructing the report of a crime and protective order from harassment violation charges, sentenced to 11 months at the state prison and probation revoked.

Jacob M. Shoemaker, 23, Sumner, 17 counts of burglary on May 10, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 29, 2005 and May 6, 2005, and five counts of burglary on May 6, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 10 years at the state prison with all but six years suspended, three years probation and restitution of $11,559.13 for each charge; also charged with burglary on May 10, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the state prison; and burglary on May 13, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 10 years at the state prison with all suspended, three years probation and restitution of $11,559.13.

Lisa E. Smith, 37, West Paris, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on April 18, 2006, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail.

Andrew T. Willigar, 22, Lewiston, criminal forfeiture of property, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Aug. 17, 2006, first charge forfeited; second, third and fourth charges dismissed; found guilty on fifth charge, fined $400 and sentenced to six months at the county jail.

Andrew T. Robert Zeilnhofer, 55, Carmel, N.Y., operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and assault on Sept. 5, 2006, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $400 on second charge; third charge dismissed.
