MECHANIC FALLS – Announcement is being made of the recent wedding of Pamela Berube to Robert Moore, both of Berlin, N.H.

The bride is the daughter of Ruth Dingley of Norway and the late David Dingley. The bridegroom is the son of the late Ralph and Ruth Moore of Mississippi.

The wedding took place at the Silver Spur Club in Mechanic Falls on July 28. Attending the bride as matron of honor was her daughter, Angela Achorn, of Nobleboro. Serving as best man was the son of the bridegroom, Gregory Moore, of Berlin, N.H.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her grandson, Austin Waning of Nobleboro. She wore a summer sheath dress with lace overlay and carried a bouquet of red roses and baby’s breath, which was made by Angela Achorn.

Melissa May, stepdaughter of the bride, officiated at the double ring ceremony. Music was provided by Douglas Dingley, brother of the bride, and the wedding prayer was offered by Daniel Dingley, another brother. Acting as chauffeur was Duane Dingley, also a brother of the bride.

Mr. Moore is employed at Wausau Paper of Groveton, N.H. He was born and brought up in Mississippi, and graduated from Morton High School in Morton, Miss. He served in the U.S. Air Force.

Mrs. Moore graduated from Manchester High School in Manchester, Conn., and Central Maine Community College in Auburn. She is a retired homemaker.

A honeymoon trip in planned for later in the fall.
