FRYEBURG – Fryeburg Academy stormed past Falmouth with a 32-8 triumph in their season-opening football game in the Campbell Conference football action Saturday afternoon.
Sequoyah Reynoso scored three rushing touchdowns for the Raiders (1-0), while David Smith added another two on rushing plays.
Following a first-quarter touchdown by Sam Dunwoody for the Yachtsmen (0-1) and a subsequent two-point conversion, Fryeburg’s defense went into stingy mode over the next three quarters for the convincing win.
