During the Pinpoint of Light Spiritualist Church of Canton service on Sept. 2 Stephanie Frobese, left, was presented her certification as a licentiate minister in accordance with the bylaws of the National Spiritualist Association of Churches of the United States. Retired pastor, the Rev. Rupert Sigurdsson, NST, praised her accomplishments and presented her with her credentials. The certification culminates an intensive course study and successful passing of the national examination.
