AUBURN – Doctors Veronica Elko and Stephen Flynn announce the opening of a new evidence-based, patient-centered, chiropractic-care facility called the Functional Spine Center, P.A.

The newly renovated office is at 2 Willow Run, Auburn, and is accepting new patients. Most major health plans are accepted.

Elko and Flynn are 2006 graduates of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Fla. Together, they specialize in the evaluation and treatment of neck pain, low back pain, headaches, sports injuries and other common muscle and joint problems.

Along with physical medicine and manual manipulation, rehabilitative exercise programs are designed and implemented.

Patients are taught self-management tactics and spinal stabilization techniques to prevent injury re-occurrence, decrease pain, promote movement and improve flexibility.
