Criminal Mischief

The windows at 67 Oak St. were damaged on Sept. 5 prior to 1 p.m.

The front door to Café Bon Bon was damaged overnight Sept. 5-6.

Staples was tagged with graffiti overnight Sept. 4-5.

A vehicle parked outside of 134 Bartlett St. had a rock thrown at it causing dents and scratches, occurred overnight Sept. 2-3.

Burglaries

An apartment at 210 Holland St. was burglarized overnight Sept. 4-5.

An apartment at 61 Nichols St. was burglarized between noon and 1 p.m. on Sept. 5, entry was gained through an unlocked door, a Zoom 5000 CD mixer/recorder, and a piano master mixer were stolen.

A residence at 82 Webster St. was burglarized between 4 and 6 p.m. on Sept. 6. The door was unlocked, a 27-inch LCD TV, a pink digital camera, and a Sony digital camera were stolen.

Motor Vehicle Burglaries

A vehicle at 51 Bridge St. was rummaged through between midnight and 3:30 a.m. on Sept. 5.

An unlocked vehicle at 61 River St. was entered overnight Sept. 4-5, $70 in cash was taken, a car stereo with a case of CDs was left behind on the roof of the vehicle.

A vehicle at 7 Lincoln Drive was rummaged through overnight Sept. 4-5.

Operating After Suspension Arrests

Jonathan Powell, 29, was arrested on a charges of operating while license suspended on Sept. 6 at 7:06 a.m. at 485 Sabattus St. following a routine traffic stop.

Patrick Jackson, 31, was arrested a charge of operating while license suspended and violation of conditions of release on Sept. 6 at 11:49 a.m. at Pleasant Street and East Avenue following a routine traffic stop.

Denis Wotton, 55, was arrested on a charge of operating while license suspended on Sept. 7 at 6:44 a.m. at Main and Union streets following a routine traffic stop.

Habitual Offender Notification

Julie Crowley, 21, has a suspended license with habitual offender status. Her last known address is 14 Martha Ave. and she has six previous suspensions on her driving record.

Graffiti Arrests

Brian Serfes, 20, and a juvenile were arrested on Sept. 5 at 11 p.m. after they were witnessed tagging the Centerville parking garage with graffiti. The spray cans they were using had been abandoned in the canal.
