LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Michael O. Abbott, 31, Industry, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Dec. 9, found guilty, fined $600.

Giselle E. Abreu, 23, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 10, found guilty, fined $100.

Deana Albert, 45, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on May 3, dismissed.

Joshua Allen, 24, Auburn, operating under the influence, with one prior, on April 19 and violating condition of release on May 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Nicole D. Alvarado, 22, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 13, 2006, found guilty, fined $100.

Jennifer J. Ames, 30, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 31, found guilty, fined $100.

Kevin R. Ames, 47, Lewiston, assault on April 5, sent to jury trial.

Steve R. Anctil, 19, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on June 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Jake Angelides, 19, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Feb. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

April M. Archer, 40, Norway, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 2, found guilty, fined $250.

Corey Ashline, 35, Pittston, operating under the influence on Feb. 4, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Gary D. Austin, 31, Lewiston, criminal threatening on July 20, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days with all but two days suspended and one year probation.

Jaime L. Austin, 29, Auburn, operating under the influence on Feb. 11, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to five days and license suspended 90 days.

Iva Bach, 45, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 25, 2006, sent to jury trial.

Christopher E. Badger, 23, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release on July 10, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Tracy Baker, 37, Lisbon Falls, failure to register a vehicle and operating after suspension on Jan. 28, 2002, both charges dismissed.

Matthew R. Ballew, 33, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $250.

Justin Romando Barefield, 28, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 4, found guilty, fined $75.

John W. Bates, 32, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 20 and May 27, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to seven days.

Daniel F. Bean, 59, Leeds, burning without a permit on May 7, found guilty, fined $50.

Kyle D. Beasley, 19, Sabattus, operating an ATV on a public way on May 21, offense committed, fined $100.

Steven Beaudoin, 31, Lewiston, fishing without a valid license on May 14, found guilty, fined $100.

John K. Beaulieu, 22, Lewiston, assault, violating condition of release, criminal mischief and criminal threatening on June 25, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 180 days with all but 30 days suspended and one year probation.

Roland Roger Beaulieu, 45, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Feb. 1, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Richard J. Benedetto, 54, Jay, disorderly conduct on Feb. 3, filed with no cost.

Jafar Bere, 31, Lewiston, operating after registration on April 29, dismissed.

George A. Bernard, 24, Lewiston, violating condition of release on July 18, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Isaac Bernard, 19, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Benji Berry, 20, Durham, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, purchasing liquor by a minor, violating condition of release and permitting unlawful use on May 26, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $300; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 48 hours; fourth charge dismissed.

Justin Berry, 19, Casco, operating after registration suspended on March 11, dismissed.

Benjamin L. Berube, 20, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on March 25, dismissed.

Darrin J. Biegler, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 3, found guilty, fined $75.

Ryan K. Binette, 21, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Feb. 13, offense committed, fined $350.

Erica Bisson, 21, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 2, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Timothy Blakeslee, 29, Oakland, operation 15 hour rule violation on May 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Paul A. Blouin, 40, Lewiston, trafficking in tobacco in adult correctional facility on Jan. 12, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days.

Bruce Boddie, 31, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 8, 2003 assault charge, sentenced to 85 days and probation partially revoked.

Daniel Bodger, 23, Auburn, violating condition of release on July 29, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Sean M. Boilard, 23, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 27, found guilty, fined $250.

Alfred E. Bolduc, 51, Casco, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on Jan. 31, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $150.

Brian R. Bolduc, 23, Lewiston, operating under the influence on April 21, sent to jury trial.

Zein H. Bonaya, 25, Auburn, disorderly conduct on July 8, found guilty, sentenced to three days.
