RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:

Tyler Amburg, 20, Rumford, littering, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 20, fined $125 by default on first charge; fined $400 by default on second charge; fined $350 on third charge.

John K. Beaulieu, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on May 7, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Matthew Bellegarde, 25, Mexico, possession of marijuana on July 22, offense committed, fined $350.

James W. Boyce, 29, Attleboro, Mass., operating an ATV on a public way on Aug. 4, fined $125 by default.

Jane M. Bradford, 45, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 23, found guilty, fined $250.

Danielle F. Breau, 31, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on June 16, dismissed.

Meaghan L. Brown, 22, Rumford, theft by receiving stolen property on June 27, found guilty, fined $150.

Jessica A. Bryn Francisco, 19, Rumford, violating condition of release, possession of marijuana and possession of liquor by a minor on July 13, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $350; third charge dismissed.

Corey R. Buffett, 20, Mexico, operating a vehicle without a license on July 7, found guilty, fined $200.

Frank S. Crabtree, 20, Berlin, N.H., attaching false plates on July 12, found guilty, fined $150 with $75 suspended.

Kathy A. Elliott, 51, Paris, operating after registration suspended on May 26, dismissed.

Corey E. Emmett, 26, West Bethel, operating under the influence on Jan. 20, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Jesse R. Farrington, 23, Andover, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 26, fined $400 by default on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Joshua F. Hodgkins, 24, Mexico, operating an ATV on a public way and operating a vehicle on a snowmobile trail on July 15, offense committed on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.

Nicole V. Hughes, 18, Bethel, consuming liquor by a minor on July 22, offense committed, fined $200.

Thomas A. James, 36, Bethel, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on July 26, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Robert W. Jamison Jr., 18, Paris, violating condition of release on Aug. 31, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Howard E. Jones, 40, Rumford, operating watercraft under the influence, failing to stop or move watercraft and failing to comply with duty to submit on July 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $800; second and third charges dismissed.

Matthew M. Jordan, 39, Buckfield, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, operating after registration suspended and unlawful use of license on June 15, found guilty on all charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $50 for each on second and third charges.

Roland A. Jutrias, 22, Hebron, operating without safety equipment on July 27, waived, fined $100.

Glen A. Knox, 22, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 7, offense committed, fined $300.

Jade A. Larsen, 24, Rumford, allowing a dog to be at large on July 10, offense committed, fined $75.

Thomas L. Leclerc, 25, Mexico, operating after registration suspended on July 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert D. Lemieux, 53, Mexico, failing to register a vehicle within 30 days on June 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Steven G. Lizotte, 19, Rumford, consuming liquor by a minor on July 6, filed.

Leah L. Marston, 37, Dixfield, operating under the influence, failing to make oral or written accident report, driving to endanger and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on July 22, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Shanon M. McAlister, 19, Bethel, consuming liquor by a minor on July 22, offense committed, fined $200.

Christopher McElmurry, 43, Rumford, violating condition of release on Sept. 1, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Hanson A. Morton Jr., 48, East Andover, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on July 28, found guilty, fined $125.

Bryan M. Murphy, 23, Bellingham, Mass., operating an ATV on a public way on Aug. 4, fined $125 by default.

Christopher M. Myles, 35, Rumford, criminal trespass on June 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Laurene Nuckols, 34, Wilton, Conn., failure to register vehicle on April 15, dismissed.

Larry J. Paine, 71, Dixfield, indecent conduct on June 12, found guilty, fined $200.

Sean Pratt, 20, Dixfield, keeping barking dogs on Aug. 7, offense committed, fined $25.

Gary L. Scott, 28, Peru, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 14, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Renee Sirigusa, 19, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 7, found guilty, fined $250.

James Smith, 47, Otisfield, possession of fish in violation on Aug. 26, waived, fined $120.

Jason R. Standeven, 33, Andover, permitting unlawful use on July 15, found guilty, fined $150.

Lucy M. Sullivan, 23, Orrington, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 29, found guilty, fined $250.

Ricardo Trevino, 46, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on June 10, dismissed.

Jessica A. Tuttle, 20, Bethel, operating a vehicle without a license on July 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Timothy W. Tuttle, 18, Rumford, protective order from harassment violation on July 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Mathew Yetishefsky, 36, Spokane, Wash., fishing rule violation on July 9, fined $125 by default.
