RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:

Anthony V. Andrews, 53, Bethel, assault on Oct. 15, dismissed.

Jennifer Beauton, 42, Mexico, permitting unlawful use on April 5, filed.

Heith L. Bernard, 30, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on April 3, found guilty, fined $600.

Jessica R. Bouchard, 29, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 26, fined $300 by default.

Edward T. Boucher, 30, Rumford, assault on May 29, dismissed.

Edward T. Boucher, 30, Paris, criminal trespass, protective order from harassment violation and violating condition of release on July 3, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 30 days for each charge.

Douglas M. Brines, 30, Middlebury, Vt., possession of marijuana on May 13, dismissed.

Meaghan L. Brown, 21, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 20, fined $300 by default.

Jason Scott Buchanan, 23, Rumford, two counts of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on April 11, found guilty on 1st charge, fined $500; 2nd charge dismissed.

Richard A. Cormier, 50, Peru, operating under the influence on June 21, sent to jury trial.

Keith E. Cox, 18, Mexico, possession of marijuana on May 4, offense committed, fined $350.

Joseph M. Downs Jr., 29, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief on April 29 and assault on Aug. 13, 1st charge dismissed; found guilty on 2nd charge, fined $500 and restitution of $100 on 2nd charge; 3rd charge sent to jury trial.

Eric Dudevoir, 23, Alfred, possession of marijuana on April 6, dismissed.

Anthony N. Ely Garcia, 21, Mexico, assault and violating condition of release on May 31, 1st charge dismissed; found guilty on 2nd charge, fined $100.

Ann Marie Jones, 41, Dixfield, assault on May 10, dismissed.

Derrik R. Knox, 21, Bethel, assault and violating condition of release on June 20, both charges dismissed.

Dwight E. Knox, 38, Rumford, violating a protective order on April 22, found guilty, fined $200.

Janalin Krebs, 40, Peru, operating under the influence, with prior, on Aug. 11, sent to jury trial.

Eric S. Letalien, 32, Livermore Falls, failing to comply with sex offender registration act and violating condition of release on Sept. 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Sheri L. Mathieu, 39, Mexico, disorderly conduct on May 1, dismissed.

Christopher McElmurry, 43, Rumford, operating a vehicle without a license on March 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Laurel Dee McKenzie, 41, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 24, filed with no cost.

Thompson W. Moore, 28, Paris, operating under the influence, with prior, and operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on June 5, both charges sent to jury trial.

Thomas Michael Obrien, 61, Rumford, harassment on April 29, dismissed.

Michael R. Piawlock, 53, Bethel, operating under the influence on April 29, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Victoria L. Pingree, 37, Rumford, attaching false plates on April 22, found guilty, fined $50.

Genie Floyd Provencher, 28, Rumford, obstructing government administration on May 14, found guilty, fined $100.

George A. Scott, 38, Peru, operating while license suspended or revoked, failure to register vehicle and attaching false plates on Jan. 19, found guilty on 1st charge, fined $250; 2nd and 3rd charges dismissed.

Angela D. Smith, 28, Andover, operating after registration suspended on March 24, dismissed.

Corey A. Taylor, 34, Peru, assault on July 25, dismissed.

Lauretta Taylor, 48, Weld, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on April 13, found guilty on first charge; second charge dismissed.

Ellen M. Terry, 44, Berryville, Va., failure to register vehicle on Jan. 6, waived, fined $100.

Tina M. Thomas, 36, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on March 27, dismissed.

Matthew Scott True, 38, Rumford, possession of marijuana on April 30, dismissed.

Lawrence J. Ward Sr., 46, Rumford, assault on April 21, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 6 months with all suspended and one year probation.

Kurt A. Young, 37, Rumford, operating under the influence, with prior, operating a vehicle without license and possession of marijuana on March 15, found guilty on 1st charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; 2nd and 3rd charges dismissed.
