FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Kostas Kalkanis, 65, East Wilton, unlawful sexual touching on April 15, June 1 and Feb. 28, all charges sent to jury trial.

James P. Kaplan Jr., 37, Chesterville, operating under the influence and failing to make oral or written accident report on April 29, both charges sent to jury trial.

Michael Christopher Kelly, 19, Farmington, possession of liquor by a minor on May 11, fined $200 by default.

Richard W. Kelly III, 22, Temple, assault and furnishing liquor to a minor on May 28, both charges sent to jury trial.

Wayne A. Kidder, 62, Wilton, operating under the influence, with prior, and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on June 10, both charges sent to jury trial.

Dustin W. Knox, 21, Dixfield, possession of liquor by a minor on June 24, offense committed, fined $200.

Tiffani C. Koenig, 25, New Portland, operating under the influence on May 5, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Lisa Komulainen, 35, Rangeley, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and violating condition of release on Aug. 5, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $500 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Anthony Kostopoulos, 20, Windham, transporting liquor by a minor on April 13, found guilty, fined $250 with $150 suspended and license suspended 30 days.

Mac L. Krauthamer, 20, Freeport, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and attaching false plates on Dec. 19, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $500 on second charge; third charge dismissed; also charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Feb. 13, both charges dismissed.

Annette Krumbach, 18, Livermore Falls, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of liquor by a minor on June 30, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $250.

Glendon Ladd, 18, Strong, possession of liquor by a minor on May 20, offense committed, fined $300.

Jeffrey Lagasse, 33, Andover, Conn., two counts of criminal trespass on Aug. 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $50 for each charge.

Noah Lake, 18, Wilton, operating while license suspended or revoked and transportation of liquor by a minor on June 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Vincent H. Lake Jr., 39, Industry, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and violating condition of release on July 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and sentenced to three days on first charge; sentenced to three days on second charge.

Holly J. Lakin, 19, Anson, assault on Dec. 9, found guilty, fined $300.

Bethany I. Lancaster, 34, Jay, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, obstructing government administration and criminal trespass on May 27, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $200 for each charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Sylvain Landry, 38, St. Valere, Quebec, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 15, both charges dismissed.

Alphee G. Langlais, 57, Concord, N.H., possession of marijuana on March 5, fined $350 by default.

Peter R. Lauze, 56, Lewiston, fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size on May 18, waived, fined $120.

Charles Lavallee, 37, New Gloucester, operating under the influence on May 27, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

John C. Lebel, 40, Jay, criminal mischief on April 10, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $51.

Walter E. Lee Jr., 19, Farmington, assault on May 9, filed with no cost.

Ryan Leeman, 31, Palermo, fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size on May 20, found guilty, fined $120.

Lucas W. Leighton, 19, Temple, possession of liquor by a minor on May 18, offense committed, fined $200.

Eric Stephan Letalien, 32, Livermore Falls, violating a protective order on July 28, 2006, found guilty, fined $100 with $50 suspended.

Leo Oneal Levasseur, 73, Wilton, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on May 19, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Joshua C. Levesque, 24, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on April 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Maria Libby, 24, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 31, filed with no cost.

Maurice G. Libby Jr., 34, Rumford, operating under the influence, with prior, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Robert B. Loonsbury, 31, Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to give a correct name, address or date of birth on May 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Jacob R. Losey, 30, Jay, violating condition of release on July 15, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 24 hours.

Brett W. Lovejoy, 20, Auburn, assault on May 24, dismissed.

Lee E. Lowell, 39, Farmington, criminal invasion of computer privacy on Dec. 19, sent to jury trial.

Ryan P. Lowell, 28, Washington, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 26, found guilty, fined $150.

Shirley A. MacDonald, 48, Bangor, failing to surrender license or certificate on Jan. 20, 2006, found guilty, fined $250.

Justin A. Maclean, 21, Eustis, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on June 5, dismissed.

Suzanne Makinen, 43, Farmington, two counts of violating condition of release on July 3, both charges dismissed.

Randy Marchetti, 47, Farmington, assault on April 29 and violating condition of release on June 24, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Anthony J. Marion, 23, Carthage, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 23, filed, fined $100.

Sean B. Marley, 25, West Farmington, possession of marijuana on April 27, fined $350 by default.

Nicholas S. Marshall, 19, Temple, criminal mischief in March 22, dismissed.

Robert E. Martin, 23, Livermore Falls, operating an ATV on a public way on June 17, waived, fined $100.

Travis A. Martin, 24, Fairfield, probation violation on the Dec. 3 terrorizing and stalking charges, sentenced to 179 days and probation revoked.

Joseph P. Martineau, 44, Wilton, violating condition of release on June 28, found guilty, fined $300.

John A. Mason, 29, Industry, possession of marijuana on April 22, offense committed, fined $350.

Jennifer L. Mathers, 20, East Dixfield, possession of liquor by a minor on July 5, fined $250 by default.

Thomas E. McKechnie, 58, Strong, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 8, found guilty, fined $150.

Joseph McKenna, 37, Wilton, criminal threatening on July 25, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew J. McKenna, 18, Jay, possession of liquor by a minor on May 18, filed with no cost.

Eric R. Meader, 20, Farmington, possession of liquor by a minor on May 18, filed with no cost.

Lisa L. Meader, 37, Chesterville, assault on Sept. 19, 2006, dismissed.

Jessica D. Melchoirre, 30, Wilton, unlawful use of license on May 30, waived, fined $100.

Nicholas J. F. Metz, 24, Exeter, N.H., operating under the influence on May 20, sent to jury trial.

Amanda Michaud, 24, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 9, found guilty, fined $250.

Mia S. Michaud, 20, Wallagrass, possession of marijuana on April 28, filed, fined $200.

Robert T. Miller, 19, Wilton, possession of liquor by a minor on May 18, offense committed, fined $200.

Jonah P. Mitchell, 26, Freeman Township, operating under the influence, with one prior, on May 20, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended 18 months.

Kristen M. Mitchell, 21, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 21 and operating after registration suspended on May 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge filed with no cost.

Anthony Monroe, 26, Dover-Foxcroft, operating under the influence on April 27 and operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on June 11, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second and third charges dismissed.

Isaac E. Moody, 20, Kingfield, transportation of liquor by a minor on May 23, fined $200 and license suspended 30 days by default.

Katie M. Moody, 18, East Dixfield, transportation of liquor by a minor on April 1, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.

Braden J. Moore, 18, Fairfield, violating a fishing rule on July 7, offense committed, fined $100.

James M. Moores, 48, Farmington, cultivating marijuana and violating condition of release on May 1, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to seven days.

Timothy A. Moras, 45, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert A. Morgan, 60, Jay, violating condition of release on Aug. 5, sent to jury trial.

Andrew Morin, 18, Wilton, possession of liquor by a minor on June 30, offense committed, fined $200.

Carl A. Morin, 43, Wilton, violating condition of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 6 found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed; also charged with allowing a dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog on July 4, offense committed on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Ashley L. Morton, 19, Rangeley, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on March 7, offense committed on first charge, fined $350; second charge dismissed.
