LEWISTON – Central Maine Federal Credit Union has donated $500 to the Auburn/Lewiston Boys and Girls Club.
The primary focus of the club is to provide services to the youth from disadvantaged circumstances. The mission is to inspire and enable young people to develop self-esteem and to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
The club offers activities in education and career development, character and leadership development, the arts, health and life skills, sports, fitness and recreation.
Robert A. Clark, chief professional officer of the Boys and Girls Club, located at 43 Second St., Auburn, accepted the donation from Vicki L. Stuart, CEO of Central Maine FCU.
Central Maine Federal Credit Union, 1000 Lisbon St., has served the financial needs of its members for 57 years and participates in and supports many organizations in the community.
