RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:

Scott P. Barnes, 37, Norwood, N.J., operating under the influence on Aug. 3, sent to jury trial.

Richard O. Boutilier Sr., 43, Weare, N.H., two counts of violation of possession of fish on Aug. 11, both charges waived, fined $140 on first charge; fined $120 on second charge.

Warren L. Dinardo, 54, Titusville, Fla., operating an ATV on land of another without permission on Sept. 1, waived, fined $100.

Edmond Hunter, 59, Goffstown, N.H., violating a fishing rule on Aug. 25, waived, fined $100.

Matt Hunter, 30, Goffstown, N.H., violating a fishing rule on Aug. 25, waived, fined $100.

Ross M. Krinsky, 44, Southborough, Mass., burning without a permit on March 24, waived, fined $50.

Greg S. Meserve, 72, Milan, N.H., operating an ATV on land of another without permission on Sept. 1, waived, fined $100.

Karen E. Meserve, 52, Milan, N.H., operating an ATV on land of another without permission on Sept. 1, waived, fined $100.

Roger O. Meserve, 78, Milan, N.H., operating an ATV on land of another without permission on Sept. 1, waived, fined $100.

Tammy L. Morris, 34, Poland, operating under the influence on May 27, sent to jury trial.

Eric Storey, 42, Portland, attaching false plates, failing to give correct name, address or date of birth on Sept. 20, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three days for each charge.
