FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:
Katherine M. Salonen, 21, of Pittston, charged with possession of marijuana, April 27, in Farmington, filed, fined $200.
Judith E. Sampson, 33, of Livermore Falls, charged with assault, Sept. 2, 2006, in Farmington, dismissed.
Rebecca J. Sawyer, 40, of Jay, charged with criminal trespass and violating condition of release, Dec. 9, 2006, in Jay; found guilty on first charge and fined $100; second charge dismissed.
David O. Saxton, 78, of York, charged with unlawfully trolling fly, June 13, Tim Pond Twp.; waived, fined $100.
John C. Sayles III, 35, of Wilton, charged with operating after registration suspended, May 21, in New Vineyard; found guilty, fined $150.
Rhonda L. Schmidt, 39, of Jay, charged with keeping a dangerous dog, Feb. 26, in Jay; default, fined $250.
Archie M. Searles Sr., 48, of Phillips, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, July 4, in Avon; transferred to jury trial.
Bobbijo Searles, 35, of Farmington Falls, charged with allowing dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog, July 21, in Farmington; default on both charges, fined $125 on first charge and $125 on second charge.
Zachary Seelow, 22, of Jay, charged with operating after registration suspended, March 11, in Jay, waived, fined $150.
James N. Semones, 32, of Jay, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, May 9, in Farmington; waived, fined $250.
Peggy L. Semones, 56, of Wilton, charged with violating condition of release, July 21, in Wilton; found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.
Eric W. Sherrer, 37, of Rangeley, charged with assault, June 11, in Rangeley; found guilty, fined $300.
Eric W. Sherrer, 37, of Rangeley, charged with two counts of violating condition of release, June 29, in Rangeley; both charges dismissed.
Eric W. Sherrer, 37, of Rangeley, charged with violating condition of release, July 20, in Rangeley; dismissed.
Eric W. Sherrer, 37, of Rangeley, charged with violating condition of release, July 23, in Rangeley; dismissed.
Daniel R. Shurtleff, 43, of New Sharon, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, March 4, in Farmington; first charge dismissed; second offense committed, fined $350.
Anthony Silvestri, 24, of Madison, charged with operating after registration suspended, April 13, in Kingfield; dismissed.
Jammy A. Slocomb, 19, of Wilton, charged with two counts of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, Feb. 21, in Wilton; both charges filed at no cost.
