Debbie Boulet of South Paris is involved in a presentation about “Community Inclusion,” being directed by Mary Kelley from the University of Southern Maine. The presentation looks at the lives of some adults with developmental disabilities who are connected to nondisabled peers in their communities, and using these connections to pursue common interests. Boulet will present at the Speaking Up for Us conference in Bethel tomorrow, and at the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities conference in Portland on Monday, Oct. 15. From left are Rotary member Steve Galvin, Boulet and Deb Anthony, Progress Center executive director.
