LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Lori A. Chartier, 51, Dixfield, operating after registration suspended on July 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Qing C. Chen, 26, Lewiston, criminal speed on May 19, sent to jury trial.

Terry W. Chesnel, 52, Auburn, allowing a dog to be at large on July 15, offense committed, fined $100.

Edris May Chouinard, 46, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on June 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Heather L. Christian, 33, Freeport, operating a vehicle without a license and failing to give a correct name, address or date of birth on Jan. 18, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

William Cloutier, 22, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 18, found guilty, fined $250.

Marc A. Coffey, 24, Augusta, operating a vehicle without a license on July 27, found guilty, fined $150.

Derek R. Cook, 22, Wilton, possession of marijuana on July 10, offense committed, fined $350.

Zachariah Corneau, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Aug. 11, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Heather N. Crawford, 23, Westbrook, operating under the influence on April 14, sent to jury trial.

Amber L. Crider, 18, Lewiston, assault and disorderly conduct on Aug. 26, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to $300 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Douglas F. Cronkhite, 22, Livermore Falls, two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on June 5, fined $600 on first charge; second charge dismissed.

Robert M. Crosby, 52, Hartford, attaching false plates on July 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Isaiah Cruz, 25, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 12, found guilty, fined $75.

Kelsey Cunliffe, 19, Leeds, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Kelsey Cunliffe, 19, Leeds, consuming liquor by a minor on July 8, offense committed, fined $200.

Tylor J. Cunliffe, 19, Monmouth, operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and refusing to sign a criminal summons on May 20, all charges sent to jury trial.

Amber M. Cyr, 18, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on July 6, both charges sent to jury trial.

Todd Dalrymple, 21, Temple, disorderly conduct on May 24, sent to jury trial.

John Danh, 29, Durham, allowing a dog to be at large on July 28, offense committed, fined $50.

Steven D. Darnell Jr., 25, Mechanic Falls, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 16, fined $400 on first charge by default; fined $350 on second charge by default.

Krysta Davis, 18, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 13 and possession of marijuana on June 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Robert Dellabella, 29, Auburn, assault on May 29, found guilty, fine $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation.

Andrew Denis, 19, Lewiston, driving to endanger on July 14, found guilty, fined $575.

Brad R. Deprey, 25, Turner, allowing a dog to be at large on May 19, offense committed, fined $50.

Eric L. Dillingham, 25, Auburn, probation violation on a July 30 assault charge, sentenced to five days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Cassandra Lynn Dingwell, 21, Standish, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Jan. 26, found guilty, fined $600.

Rick M. Doucette, 20, Lewiston, transportation of liquor by a minor on July 15, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.

Steven P. Doyle, 35, Old Orchard Beach, violating a protective order on June 3 and violating condition of release and violating a protective order on Aug. 9, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 10 days for each on first and second charges; sentenced to 270 days with all but 10 days suspended and two years protection on third charge.

Lisa M. Dulac, 32, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on June 21, found guilty, fined $600.

Nathan J. Dumais, 20, Turner, criminal speed on June 8, found guilty, fined $300.

Joshua Dumond, 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 26, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $488.76.

Scott Dumont, 37, Auburn, cultivating marijuana on June 23, sent to jury trial.

Jason A. Dunlap, 26, Gray, operating under the influence, with prior, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; offense committed on second charge, fined $300; also charged with violating condition of release and unlawful use of license on July 31, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two days; second charge dismissed.

Matthew Dunlop, 18, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Carole A. Dunn, 46, Sabattus, operating under the influence on March 19, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Donn E. Dyer, 60, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Aug. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Roger D. Dyer, 35, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 23, found guilty, fined $250.

Tiffany Edgecomb, 32, Lisbon, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 8, found guilty, fined $75.

Brandon D. Edwards, 32, Oxford, possession of marijuana on June 10, fined $350 by default.

Faye L. Edwards, 28, Auburn, criminal mischief on March 7, found guilty, fined $100.

John Egan, 39, Lewiston, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on June 4, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Rachael L. Ellis, 20, Otisfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Paul Keith Englehart, 34, Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on May 11, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $50 with all suspended on second charge.

David W. Faller, 35, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on May 20, found guilty, fined $500.

Angela J. Fecteau, 33, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Craig Felder, 35, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on May 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Elizabeth A. Ferguson, 20, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on July 11, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to two days.

Baxter Willie S. Fickett, 39, Windham, operating after registration suspended on April 29, found guilty, fined $150.

Bridget Fitzgerald, 27, Auburn, passing a stopped school bus on June 18, found guilty, fined $250.

Kristina L. Fitzpatrick, 21, Lewiston, transportation of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana on Feb. 20, offense committed on both charges, license suspended 30 days on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Richard Fitzpatrick, 42, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Feb. 27, offense committed, fined $350.

George Foisy, 20, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on July 14, offense committed, fined $350.

Cherese Ford, 25, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on July 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Dawn Marie Foss, 33, Mexico, protective order from harassment violation on July 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeffrey A. Foss, 25, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 19, found guilty, fined $250.

Andrew Franco, 29, Lewiston, probation violation on the Nov. 13, 2006, terrorizing and violating a protective order charges, sentenced to six months and probation partially revoked for each charge.
